A special thank you to Myles and Anya, who managed the lettings process from start to finish with professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication. They kept me informed at every stage, provided sound advice, and were incredibly proactive in marketing the property. Most impressively, they found a suitable tenant very quickly, making what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. I would also like to recognise Jenna, the Property Manager, who has been outstanding. She is always quick to respond to queries and genuinely helpful. GoogleHorrible, verbally abusive behaviour from the lettings team, particularly Maurice - avoid if you are a prospective tenant. Offer was accepted on a rental property, and I had the gall to ask if my partner could have the opportunity to view before we put in the holding deposit - but I stressed this was not a deal breaker. What I got in return was a stream of verbal abuse from Maurice, shouting at me for having the audacity to ask if this could be on the cards. He would not relent, even when I asked for the information about the holding deposit to be sent over regardless. Alas this was not done, and instead I had to follow up independently to chase this information - to find out the flat had been offered to someone else and accepted. Maurice and Cameron misled me to believe that they would be sending over the information about the holding deposit, and as such I lost out on a home. I used to believe that lettings agents could either be cruel or stupid, but now I've come to the realisation they can be both.

GoogleDemi showed me a flat in and old converted pub in Catford and I fell in love with it, since then she went the extra mile, helped me get a mortgage broker who secured a loan that others could not, helped me get a solicitor who has been excellent and I am pleased to say that now the place is now officially mine. Thank you Demi for helping me to buy my beautiful home! Soon I will sit admiring the view from my sofa and raise a toast to you and all your efforts. I could not have done it without you.

GoogleWould thoroughly recommend Your Move Estate agents to anyone looking to buy or sell. We’ve been fortunate to have been through both journeys with them - they sold us our first home and helped us sell it on 5 years later. They remembered us and the property and were able to offer a really personal service because of this. Compared to other agents we have met with they are always the warmest and most knowledgeable, and they take their time to explain processes to ensure we never felt lost or in the dark. Their communication is great - they keep you informed and up to date without hounding you, and are very proactive up to the point of completion. We worked with Anish, Shahid and Alan mostly, all charming experts in their field, but the whole team were a pleasure to deal with throughout

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I had an excellent experience with Your Move Dartford, starting from Jayne who was at the viewing of the house which I eventually bought, to Steve who helped me towards the final stages. I want to thank Steve in particular, for his patience with things I was unfamiliar with and for keeping me updated at the final stage, following up promptly with the solicitors and working hard for a smooth exchange and completion. His professionalism made a stressful time feel much more manageable and I am very grateful for his support. I genuinely recommend this branch of Your Move for buying a property.
