I cannot thank Whitegates enough for their tireless commitment to selling my property. I am currently in the process of selling my second house with them and wouldn't consider using anyone else. I have so much confidence in the advice and approach offered by the staff here. It is this superb market knowledge that has resulted in the extremely quick sale and hopefully a second soon. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star!! Worse 6 month tenancy ever, never fixed any issues I'd reported and then try stealing most of the bond money with stupid charges e.g £5 charge for dust on each skirting board!! Previous tenant told me he was charged £300 which they'd taken out of his bond but they'd never did any of the repairs he was charged for! AVOID!!!!

Beware these guys are unprofessional and lazy won't respect your time and effort don't trust them with your property. It was a horrible experience . booked for 12. 30 couldn't see anyone until 12:40, called the office they said there is some confusion in the office but refused to honour the appointment, eventually agreed to turn up in 5 minutes. 12:50 no one to be seen, no calls nothing, when contacted I ask for the manager he said 'I passed by that way I couldn't see anyone standing in front of the property,.... Well he didn't acknowledge his presence or called me, in fact I was waiting in my car just opposite to the property looking waiting for these people to turn up.. Well that guy is unprofessional, not business oriented, bit arrogant the way he speaks, he did not apologised, but just said you need to come back some other day. either he is in crisis and not in a good mood to do business or he is a lazy man, I wouldn't use them again either for renting or Buying. they do just opposite to what they claim on there website.

Whitegates Huddersfield have the worst staff ever. They are rude and unprofessional. My wife rented the property with them where she lived with the kids while I was working abroad. My wife left the property last month but our deposit has still not been released because of Emily Baxter who lost the inventory me and my wife sent her along with the photo evidence. Now she is simply refusing to accept that we had sent any photographs or updated inventory to her. Do not do business with Whitegates Huddersfield !!!
