GoogleMy partner and I commenced looking for a property towards the end of May this year. We first met Martyn Welch, the financial /mortgage advisor later that month. Even though in the end we chose a house from a different estate agent, martyn offered to help with securing our mortgage and carry out our negotiations for us. As we are advancing in our years, and with slightly damaged credit files, martyn was the ultimate in professionalism, caring, honest and just couldn't do enough for us. We couldn't recommend martyn and Newton fallowell enough. Purchasing a property with martyn's undivided attention to detail, and having our greatest concerns at heart and being very understanding has made the purchase plain sailing. Thank you. Shaun & Liesl

GoogleCouldn't be happier with the level of service received. We were made to feel at ease from the point of initial contact and all the way through to finally getting the keys to our rented property. Thank you to everyone and we look forward to continue dealing with you. (Chris & Helen).

GoogleThe branch I used in Lincoln put a lot of hard work into getting the right buyer for my house. After the first buyer pulled out due to mortgage issues I was pretty deflated, but then they found me a cash buyer who completed in a really reasonable time-frame. Am grateful to their whole team, for their commitment and professionalism. Thank you!

GoogleCompared to other agencies, this one has been spectacular. Recently moved into a new home, all the services were quick and professional. All of the staff were friendly and were happy to answer any questions too. Overall a great help to get myself settled better into Lincoln.

GoogleII Applied for a house though Newton fallowell over the course of the last month and have been really happy with their service, Kelly in particular. They were professional, efficient, kept me updated, and their fees are pretty reasonable too. Couldn't have asked for more. Looking forward to moving into my new home! Thanks Newton Fallowell

GoogleI have recently moved house via part ex & Newton Fallowell were 1 of 3 estate agents that persimmon used on our behalf. They were without a doubt the best! Very good with communication & they always sent someone out to do a viewing, which the other estate agents failed to do. They were always very polite & happy to help if we had to rearrange a viewing.

GoogleI chose Newton Fallowell because I felt them to be the most experienced and most mature agents out of the three I got quotes from. They were also the cheapest which doesn't hurt either. Peter gave me sensible advice before going to market, wrote a comprehensive and professional brochure and was very approachable. Indeed the whole team couldn't have been nicer. My late mum's house sold in just 9 days and, with a very motivated buyer, we completed in about 6 weeks. I was so glad that I used Newton Fallowell and would highly recommend them.

GoogleFriendly staff! They have really good auctions. Am not in the market for property so can't comment on that. Can only say there is a relaxed atmosphere, so would be comfortable going to them.
