Ryan MacLachlan visited us a couple of weeks ago and was very caring regarding our decision to get a valuation on our house due to our circumstances at that time. It was really nice to have someone give us quality advice about whether we should put our house on the market or not, and the options we could go with. He was not at all pushy and was extremely friendly and professional and gave great advice. We have decided not to put our house on the market at this present time as our circumstances have changed but would definitely use Newton Fallowell if we ever decided to put it on the market in the future and would recommend their services to anyone. I can hands down say Newton Fallowell are the best estate agents in Newark! Whilst me and my partner were looking for a house we dealt with pretty much every estate agent but Newton Fallowell was by far the best. Not only that but Gavin went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property and rang us whenever there was something suitable coming onto the market. We had many viewings with other estate agents but Gavin was the only one who helped us find something suitable. And thanks to Gavin’s help we found our perfect home, we were the first and only people to see it before it even went on the market and our offer was accepted on the same day. Ryan was also brilliant on that viewing and the others we went to with him. Once our offer was accepted, Gavin was super communicative and helped the whole transaction keep moving between us, the sellers and our solicitors, so the whole transaction was complete in 2.5 months. We are in love with our new home but if we ever decide to sell we will be 100% be using Newton Fallowell. Thanks for everything you’ve done!

Fantastic company! My husband and I just bought our first home through Newton Fallowell just over a month ago. Couldn't fault them during the process in any way, shape or form! It was nice to feel looked after and appreciated as a client, which is exactly how we felt from start to finish. We actually didn't like the first property with viewed with NF, but Rick who was showing us around, made an effort and had a chat with us trying to find out exactly what we're looking for. Two days later I had Sarah on the phone, offering me another property. We had a nice chat, I told her exactly what we were looking for and what we weren't prepared to deal with. There was actually a property that I wanted to view which happened to be with NF, and I mentioned it to Sarah. She told me she was happy for me to view it as it met all of my requirements and she wasn't wrong! My husband and I viewed it several days later and put an offer as soon as we could! Very professional and after this experience I would recommend Newton Fallowell, Newark as the best Agent by far in the area. My wife and I have used Newton Fallowell for our last two moves. On the first occasion Neil took time to fully understand the property and marketed it in a way that gave us complete faith in his ability to sell quickly and to the right buyer. Once we were under offer the staff just got on with doing everything needed to get the sale “over the line”. And after a bad experience trying to sell the same property with Purple Bricks (who were rubbish by the way) we would say without hesitation that paying a little bit more than an online agent and dealing with a quality and local estate agent also made the whole experience far less stressful. We've just settled into our lovely new home made possible by the wonderful folks at Newton Fallowell Newark. Whatever Gavin is getting paid, it isn't enough. He went above and beyond for us during our moving process and even took the time to properly explain things that should've been made clear by other agents in a different town. Communication was stellar and it was lovely to have such a good relationship with our agents. It really made things so much less stressful and we got into our new home in really good time. Gavin already had a buyer in mind when we put our house on the market and as a result we sold within 24 hours at the price we wanted, which meant we could secure the house we really wanted really quickly. Also huge thanks to Richard, the financial advisor with this branch who also did a fantastic job for us and really took the time to explain things and answer queries whenever we had them. We used Newton Fallowell to sell our house this year and we can thoroughly recommend them. All of the staff that we dealt with were very professional and friendly.
