Had a very good experience with these guys. I contacted them about 18 months ago, (Feb 2021) with a view to selling my property. There was no pressure from them, when I finally decided, I gave them a call and they couldn't have been more helpful, my property was sold within 5 days of it being marketed. Ryan and Neil were instrumental in guiding me through what could have been a difficult sale. The house in question had been flooded a year ago. I met Ryan on site and he gave me some excellent advise regarding the best way to sell the property. It went to auction in the capable hands of Neil and their auction partners. Neil accompanied the viewings and was hands on with the successful negotiations for a sale a short time after exposure to the market. After trying a couple of other local estate agents results were very disappointing so decided to give Newton Fallowell a go. Should have gone there first as after just 2 weeks I accepted offers on two properties we had with them due no doubt to their pro active approach, sadly lacking with the other agents we tried who seemed to just wait for the phone to ring.
