All of the staff at Newton Fallowell Ashby have been nothing but helpful and warm during the process of our house sale. Donna and Charlotte in particular make you feel as though nothing is too much trouble for them, and they go out of their way to answer questions and to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. We have been so impressed with their service, which we had no doubts about as a family member had recently sold with them too and couldn’t recommend them enough. 5 stars from us - thank you all at NF Ashby.

I can't not praise Charlotte and the team anymore. From my first contact with them, every member of the team I have spoken to have been respectful and taken the time to answer any questions we had. When Dan visited the property to value and take the pictures ready for market. He was amazing knowledgeable and knew how to make give our home the justice it needed to sell quickly! Charlotte has gone above and beyond for us more than once. I for one will never move again, as we have found our forever home! However any friends and family either looking to sell or buy will 100% get my recommendation for Charlotte and her team.

It did take NF well over six months to sell our property, but in their defence, it was a bit of a unique property, not your bulk standard semi on an estate, and we had to drop our price by more than £10,000 which was a bit more than we expected. The staff there are very friendly, although occasionally I felt that information wasn't always promptly passed on and I had to keep asking what was happening. There was one occasion when NF failed to turn up for a viewing which they had arranged, which was rather annoying. But overall, I know that they did work hard in getting our property sold.

Great service from all of the team at the Ashby Office. Started with the valuation which was spot on. Classy presentation brochure. As we didn't live local to the house we were selling the team took on responsibility for showing prospective purchasers around. Amazed at the number of viewings in a short space of time. The team at Newton Fallowell Ashby found us a great buyer for our house and worked really hard from start to finish, going the extra mile to keep our sale on track with clear communication every step of the way. All staff were lovely and helpful, particularly Sarah who we mainly spoke with. She kept us up to date with each step of the house buying process. On the day we were meant to get our keys a few last minute hitches on the solicitors side meant we couldn't collect the keys untill late on Friday and they very kindly stayed open to wait on us. I'm not a "serial house hopper" so buying my first home in nearly 20 years meant I was totally out of practice and also up against the time constraints of the stamp duty holiday period ending at the end of June. Deciding to take the plunge after a difficult 2020 and get out of rented accommodation, seeing the house I have ended up purchasing from Newton Fallowell in Ashby "seemed" like a good idea. I am amazed how archaic the whole buying process still is after 20 years and the team helped me through the entire process as my situation was far from straight forward. The team chased everything they could for me as my deadline was 30th June to exchange and complete. I must have driven them mad trying to get everything in the right place and the right time. Every hurdle that was thrown at me was negotiated and executed brilliantly - to the point that my target date was achieved with two days to spare! I can't thank the Ashby office of Newton Fallowell enough for everything they did for me during the buying process as it has enable me to have a fresh start and rebuild a future that was not looking fantastic. They have quite literally helped me change my life for the better and secure a future for me and my children - which is was my sole aim!!PositiveProfessionalism

We think particularly that having a sales progress chaser like Sarah is a definite plus as things can get very protracted and knowing that someone has their finger on the pulse to push things along is very useful.
