GoogleSold after a few months, after 3 years trying to sell. Some of it's luck but the team is very committed and good communicators and recognised I'd had a horrible time up to then. Helped me accept a very low price! Don't recommend the conveyancers they are linked with - they made the last few weeks painful. Go somewhere else for that.
