They were very professional throughout the sales process. At some point I think I spoke to every member of the team and they were always kept up to date with proceedings. A special thanks to Elaine (who I think is now on our christmas card list) who we spoke to daily towards the final weeks of sale. Their fees were very reasonable for the work they had to carry out and we got market value for the property. I was shown around two different houses by Ellie who was really helpful and supportive.
I put an offer in on the second house and found out a few days later that my offer was accepted.
Anisa, Lauren, Kerry and all the other staff have regularly been updating me and advising me on what to do and what will happen next.
Whenever I have had any questions the team get straight back to me and I could not have asked for a better team to support me on my first property. It took about 9 weeks from making the offer to getting the keys.

GooglePoor communication skills, goodchilds don’t care. I accepted not getting my deposit back so I didn’t have to deal with them again after all the lies that the staff were saying. Fences were broken for 18 months the fire was broken the cooker was broken. The shower was broken and so was the floor panels and the heating. I would not recommend
