GoogleWorst agency ever deal with, said they can’t rent the property just the day before we need to move in. Done all the paperwork, gave them whatever they asked for but at the last moment they rang and told they can’t rent because of silly things. Now I’m on the middle of road nowhere to go struggling to find somewhere to live. Really really upset with the service. Never Ever go back to goodchild again. I had seen a lots of reviews same as mine..gave everything the asked for and rejected at last moment. Not good at all.

GoogleThe service supplied was brilliant nothing was to much trouble. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of all steps when selling property. with out no doubt I would recommend this company. Google5 stars from me, great team so professional, wasnt the most seamless process but no fault of the estate agents. Anisa and the team stepped in an escalated with solicitors and went above and beyond in their role taking away so much stress for myself and my girlfriend, could not recommend these enough!!

GoogleHad a rocky start, but when Lisa took over, we really noticed a difference. Nothing I asked for was too much trouble and she always returned my calls and kept her promises. After a lenghly process we have now completed and cant thank Lisa enough for all her sustained efforts.
