Amazing service from Newton Fallowell. We had another well known estate agent engaged for 3 months with no progress at all. It’s amazing the difference it makes when the agent markets your property properly and with a desire to sell. We received 2 reasonable offers within a week of them being instructed. We were informed at all points of developments, via calls and WhatsApp messages on a daily basis. Team are great to deal with (Jordan and Laura) and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. If anyone is looking to sell a property in the Mansfield area would definitely recommend using this team.

The positive friendly approach from the team has been nothing but exceptional, from day one of approaching Jordan about selling our home (Jordan came highly recommended for the job by a friend) I’ve had nothing but positivity, kindness and 100% effort. Our house was sold within one week of going on the market and I couldn’t be happier. Jordan is professional and confident with her work and it shines, I’ve also got to mention her photo skills…. The best! The team in the office are polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble and I know they are at the end of the phone if I have any queries. I’ve dealt with different estate agents before but would not go anywhere else now, cannot recommend newton fallowell enough.

Having rented a property in Mansfield for the past 2 years with this company i can truly say its been a positive experience and i would would gladly use their services again in the future. I have had no issues with communications and the team have always responded quickly, whilst being friendly and remaining professional. I had little to no issues at the property i was renting however if anything did arise they were quick to respond to resolve any issues. Do not rent from these, All the 5* reviews are from people who sold their properties for overpriced figures, course they're going to be happy. - If you're a renter this applies to you. If I could give a lower rating I would. I was renting a property since Nov 2019, I had complained about one window in the master bedroom since the viewing that there was a high volume of noise coming through and wind, as the panel was broken and wouldn't shut properly, this came under a concern to environmental health, you could smell the traffic and even hear customers order their pizza from dominoes across the road. I was informed this would be fixed on the day of viewing verbally by a man called Jordan. 3 years on, taking my money, hundreds of e-mails later, nothing was done and that room had to be abandoned, so in other words I rented a 1 bedroom for the price of 2. I was led on by false hopes, saying "windows are ready we are sending someone" and nobody ever turned up. It was all a lie. The shower didn't work for 3 years either, the water pressure was not right and nobody ever looked into it for me, cold showers for 3 years? Just before Christmas this year going into 2023 a day after paying that months rent I received an unexpected notice to leave within 2 months, no answer to any reason why. They didn't pay the remaining deposit and added unauthorised charges onto the account claiming for "damages in the house" which certainly is not comparable to the poor windows. The most hilarious thing is, I drive past the house and the windows were installed 1 month after I left. Why was this not sorted for 3 years? The landlord turned up to the property demanding rent for the last month (which I let them take £525 out of the £605 deposit anyway) he snatched my mothers phone out her hand and demanded my telephone number and kept calling me from withheld and harassing me and my family while they were trying to help me move my stuff. - I was harassed by constant quarterly visits that were targeted just to me, this was evident as I knew another tenant renting from these people. - landlord refused to put his issues in writing knowing that I could take that to the tribunal. Landlord Mike Cokrill, Property 50 Leeming lane south. Do not rent from these people no matter how desperate you are, you will get ripped off and ignored as long as they take your money. Now sit back and read the snide and unprofessional response I get followed by many others in the past. Poorly managed organisation.

Our second time selling through Newton Fallowell Mansfield - the first time was great 3 years ago so we came back. The valuation proposed was sensible and not unrealistic - unlike those from some estate agents. A buyer was found quickly and the team all worked diligently to keep the process moving along overcoming the usual issues which often crop up during a property sale. Whilst they were chasing the buyer, solicitors etc. we were kept informed of all developments on the path to a successful and timely completion. Throughout the process the team were not only professional but also friendly and approachable. Just what you want when selling a house.

Newton Fallowell came highly recommended to me by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. I was really impressed by how quickly Jordan arranged to visit/value the property, take photos and upload the listing (he did such a great job that I fell in love with my property again & was on the fence about selling!). It only took Scott one hour of viewings before I had 2 competing offers and even when the buyers pulled out a few weeks later (on a Friday), Scott had already arranged another viewing and sold it by Monday! Scott & Tracy kept in touch the entire time, updating me before my solicitors did and Tracy kept following up with both sides to keep the sale ticking along. Very happy with the service they provided, they made it feel like I was their only client and I wouldn’t look anywhere else next time!
