Honestly the best Estate Agents there is. They was behind us every step of the way, providing outstanding service and advice at the drop of a hat and they really do go above and beyond for you. We have a very long and challenging purchase and sale but at every twist and turn Emma, Jordan, Abi and Laura are there to guide us through. They know the market better than all the other Estate agents in the area and know exactly how to market your property to get the right people interested. The level of service you receive from all the team far surpasses what you expect. Professional and experienced advice constantly provided through each step of your purchase and sale of your properties. They also add the friendly human element to the process. Sometimes it was like coming off the phone to a close family member or long time friend. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. We have already recommended them to friends who are looking to move.

Fabulous service from first off when we popped in just for advice, to the completion of our house sale. Local friendly 'family' team who communicated well with each other and us. Do not rent from these, All the 5* reviews are from people who sold their properties for overpriced figures, course they're going to be happy. - If you're a renter this applies to you. If I could give a lower rating I would. I was renting a property since Nov 2019, I had complained about one window in the master bedroom since the viewing that there was a high volume of noise coming through and wind, as the panel was broken and wouldn't shut properly, this came under a concern to environmental health, you could smell the traffic and even hear customers order their pizza from dominoes across the road. I was informed this would be fixed on the day of viewing verbally by Jordan. 3 years on, taking my money, hundreds of e-mails later, nothing was done and that room had to be abandoned, so in other words I rented a 1 bedroom for the price of 2. I was led on by false hopes, saying "windows are ready we are sending someone" and nobody ever turned up. It was all a lie. The shower didn't work for 3 years either, the water pressure was not right and nobody ever looked into it for me, cold showers for 3 years? Just before Christmas this year going into 2023 a day after paying that months rent I received an unexpected notice to leave within 2 months, no answer to any reason why. They didn't pay the remaining deposit and added unauthorised charges onto the account claiming for "damages in the house" which certainly is not comparable to the poor windows. The most hilarious thing is, I drive past the house and the windows were installed 1 month after I left. Why was this not sorted for 3 years? The landlord turned up to the property demanding rent for the last month (which I let them take £525 out of the £605 deposit anyway) he snatched my mothers phone out her hand and demanded my telephone number and kept calling me from withheld and harassing me and my family while they were trying to help me move my stuff. - I was harassed by constant quarterly visits that were targeted just to me, this was evident as I knew another tenant renting from these people. - landlord refused to put his issues in writing knowing that I could take that to the tribunal. * Do not rent from these people no matter how desperate you are, you will get ripped off and ignored as long as they take your money. Now sit back and read the snide and unprofessional response I get followed by many others in the past. Poorly managed organisation.

Always great service, Jordan and the office staff have been most helpful with anything I need. I had an issue with drainage over the Christmas holidays when the office was closed I had to call out an emergency plumber and was refunded speedily when the office reopened and I explained to Jordan what happened. The only other repair I needed was carried out quickly and professionally with no fuss. Over all I couldn’t be happier with the service from Jordan and the staff at newton fallowell I would highly recommend them, I will be a long term tenant here!

We have moved several times over the years but this time the process of selling and buying was made stressful by having to deal with a very difficult seller and their estate agent. Newton Fallowell Mansfield sold our old property within weeks ,their staff are very friendly and totally understanding of customer needs. We have to particularly mention Tracy,who did an outstanding job in dealing not just with our sale but also was there for us and supported us in dealing with a very difficult seller and their agent with regards our onward purchase. There were days where we were so stressed and didn't know where to turn but Tracy was so good at helping us to keep positive. We will be eternally grateful to her. I have moved several times in my life but I have to say that the experience of my partner and myself, whilst dealing with the purchase of our new house recently (March 2022), was one of the simplest of exercises imaginable as the result of the efforts of staff at the Mansfield branch of this firm. From seeing the house in question advertised to the acceptance of our offer took just 2 days, including viewing and negotiating and removing the property concerned from the market. Thanks must go to primarily to Tracey, who stood on her head to assist us in achieving something which had eluded us for 3 months. What can I say about this wonderful team? I can only speak highly of the 100% customer service and support I received from everyone I interacted with, specifically Jordan, Laura, and Abby. I couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. It all began when Jordan and Laura came to value my property. We had a great conversation, and Jordan truly went above and beyond by presenting various options for renting or selling. After deciding to rent, the team took care of everything necessary, including arranging for electrical and gas testing, as well as coordinating decorators. Their dedication made the whole process seamless and stress-free. decorators, and advertising the property. Remarkably, they found a tenant within just four days of advertising!
