Having tried another agent in town who promised the world and then let us down, we turned to Newton Fallowell. I can honestly say I regret not giving them the chance on day 1, they buck the trend of traditional estate agent stereotypes. We found them honest, professional and above all they acted with integrity. Adam’s knowledge of the local area and advice of how to pitch our home was expert and clear. I think the key thing compared to other agents, is the support didn’t stop when the sale was agreed, Adam made sure the sale went through, even when challenges arose. From day one, to exchange of contracts they went above and beyond to serve our needs. I can’t thank Adam, Jason & the team enough. If you want an agent that will actually deliver what they promise and are honest and true to their word, these are the guys.

We recently sold our house with Newton fallowell Stamford. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from the whole team. We where with another estate agent and they had handled our property sale poorly. We pivoted to Newton Fallowell and they sold our house with no pictures and no digital footprint. This was due to pivoting close to Christmas and did not want to get lost in the Christmas slowdown. The whole team worked so hard for us. We had an excellent experience with this estate agency and felt they truly stood out from the rest. From the very beginning, the level of customer service was exceptional; professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Sam in particular was fantastic. He was attentive, proactive with follow-ups, and communicated clearly at every stage. He also showed real initiative in arranging viewings in a way that worked around our schedules and travel, which made a big difference. Although we didn’t end up purchasing a property through them, this was purely because we found our dream home elsewhere, not a reflection of their service in any way. In fact, compared to other agents we dealt with, they were miles ahead in terms of care, organisation, and overall experience. I don’t leave usually leave reviews and haven’t for the other agents we encountered, but this team genuinely deserves recognition for breaking the mould. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have to say what an amazing experience i have had dealing with Stamford's Newton Fallowell estate agents , they came highly recommended and certainly lived up to my expectation . Henry Warren priced my property on the mark , I needed a offer on the table through a time constraint placed on me , I had a total of 14 viewings , 3 separate offers and it sold in 5 weeks , it sold for over the asking price which came down to a good marketing strategy from Henry , I took his advice from the start and it all worked out for me perfectly . The communication was there from the start they kept me up to date with everything that was happening in the process , totally professional and with great advice when I asked for it, the whole team worked really hard for me and they delivered . I honestly cannot thank them enough and would absolutely recommend then to anyone in the housing market .

The staff and service that I have received selling my property with Newton Fallowell has been exemplary. At every stage of the sale they have kept me updated on progress, they were in regular contact with the both conveyancing solicitors, and our buyer and any problems were very quickly resolved. We had high hope for this agency especially as they promote themselves as one of the best in Stamford . They were in fact useless We got off to a reasonable start however things went downhill very fast . Their communication skills were extremely bad with virtually no contact from them .The process of getting things of the ground were painfully slow Calls were hardly ever returned . I would not recommend them it seems they think they are better than they are

Our experience with Newton Fallowell Stamford branch has been terrible. Appalling communication; firstly, my partner and I booked to view 2 properties with Zoe, but we never received any confirmation emails, were not sent the addresses of each property and were not even told which house to meet them at first! As it turns out, they had my partners email address wrong, so he phoned them to correct it (more than once!) and yet still it was not corrected! When we met Zoe at the property, she was very unenthusiastic, barely spoke to us, and answered most questions with a 'yeah' or 'I dunno'. No contact after this first viewing to see how we got on (although, they still probably had not used our correct email address despite us telling them). A few weeks later, we saw another 2 properties we would like to see, both with Newton Fallowell again (unfortunately). After calling and booking the viewing for one after the other for 12.30pm today, I again received no confirmation and no details of which property to go to first. I called them the day before to enquire about this, and also I had seen that one of the properties had come off the market, which we had also not been told. I was informed by Zoe that they had emailed the details to my partner, AGAIN to the wrong email address, and she said she would meet us at the one remaining property at 1pm. I stressed that we could only do a viewing at 12.30pm (as we had previously arranged), as we had another property to see afterwards. After what seemed like a lot of effort, it was agreed that the viewing would be at 12.30pm. My partner and I sat outside the property until approx. 12.40pm-12.45pm, and NOBODY TURNED UP. No phone call to say they were running late, no apology, no nothing. Eventually we had to leave so that we were not late for our next viewing. I feel that our entire experience with Newton Fallowell Stamford has been completely unacceptable, and we were made to feel completely unimportant as buyers by such unprofessional behaviour. We will not be using Newton Fallowell again in the future, and shall be advising others to do the same. Extremely disappointing.

The team at Newton Fallowell in Stamford did a great job selling my property. The valuation process was prompt, informative and honest. They got the house on the market quickly with excellent marketing details. I was kept updated regularly throughout and obtained viewings within a couple of weeks. Feedback was immediate and straight forward and a buyer was found quickly, at a price within the range we had agreed. They also communicated clearly and regularly through the sale process itself, working with both sets of solicitors the buyer and myself (under tight timescales as both parties wanted to move quickly). The ultimate compliment I could pay them is that the whole process was completely stress free. I would recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone in the Stamford area thinking of selling their house.
