My experience with Newton Fallowell was first class customer service. I have nothing but praise for the team and in particular Zoe for the excellent service I received. Even though they have many properties for sale they made me feel that my sale was as important as the more expensive houses. Kate Underwood at Newton Fallowell is excellent

Kate has been professional, kind, patient, hard working and communicative throughout the process. She was so patient when I was late to the viewing after a 5 hour journey. Another property I was going to rent fell through last minute which was very stressful. Kate dived into action after hours and immediately started the process on the property she showed me. Without this I would have been worrying all evening as my move is time critical for work and it is a long way to relocate. She was patient, kind and communicated with me regularly getting straight back to me on anything I asked. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.

Jason and his team were fantastic in the selling and buying of our properties. From the moment my husband and I met Jason we were given a professional and friendly service. Stressful time made stress free by Newton Fallowell staff

We had to sell two properties and we had a number of estate agents round to value the properties. Robert at Newton Fallowell was friendly, professional and seemed to speak in a clear and knowledgeable way about the local housing market. He didn't use any jargon or promise us the earth- instead he said that if we employed them, they would do a professional and thorough job on our behalf. This was indeed the case from start to finish. We were introduced to the entire team and was dealt with efficiently and courteously every time and by each member of staff. This was despite numerous telephone calls and emails from us as we enlisted Newton Fallowell's help to see us through some problematic areas. I never once felt as though I was a problem or an inconvenience and always felt reassured. Viewings were accompanied if we so wished and were always followed up by feedback. We were fortunate as our properties sold fairly quickly with one achieving the full asking price and one just below- an outcome we were delighted with. During the conveyancing process Newton Fallowell continued to assist us and were proactive in this regard. On completion day we spoke to a number of the team members and they were clearly delighted for us. An excellent service from start to fnish and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Newton Fallowell in Stamford.

At the start I felt I was being dealt with on a professional basis but it soon became clear that this was probably a front to get me to sign up. Wildly optimistic valuations, no real feedback, telephone calls unanswered, messages not passed on and finally a request for meter readings following completion of the sale still not passed on to me 2 weeks later, even though they supposedly have them. I'm afraid Newton Fallowell can be lumped with the vast majority of estate agents who are not as good as they think they are.

I have complained to this estate agent a many times about tenants of theirs and they have done absolutely nothing about them for 2 years. In order to enjoy my garden I had to buy noise cancelling headphones. Every weekend these people have music blaring but so long as they pay their rent, it’s no bother to the estate agent just everyone around who actually own their houses
