Since opening its doors in March 2014, the branch has seen huge success and growth. It has even been recognised by rightmove.co.uk as the top selling agent in Stamford in the month of November 2014, despite being open for only eight months. The whole process was managed very well and they supported viewings without us being there, which was a massive help. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and any messages or queries were responded to quickly! Matt Hines in the mortgage advice team was outstanding! We had a number of changes to our mortgage plans, which Matt dealt with and was clear on the options and impacts of changing plans. Nikki and Zoe then dealt with viewings and I had two offers on my first day of viewings. One of those offers led to the sale of my property. All staff do their best to hurry the sale of the property along, especially during the ‘quiet’ period when searches and surveys are being undertaken. It was important for me to have estate agents who didn’t push me into selling my house as quickly as possible, and who I could feel were in my side; I certainly found those qualities with this team. FacebookWe've just moved back to the area yesterday from Leicester and couldn't be happier with the help we were given by Newton Fallowell. We were in a bit of a rush to get through to Stamford as we are both starting new jobs and didn't want to be doing a huge commute every day and the staff were very happy to get the process finished as quickly as possible. We have a property that we rent out in another area and wish they were in the right location to be able to handle it for us as they clearly do everything they can to make sure they get the right tenants for their clients. I'd reccomend them for owners or tenants any day!

Newton fallowell made selling our three houses as easy as reading a book. Starting with the chapters (interductry folder) and as the chapters unfolded the ups and downs of the sales wasn't at all easy as they had an elderly customer that is email friendly but hard of hearing luck early a wiz with modern texting.as we are selling houses for her and her sister at the same time,testing time for the team at Newton as a large family was behind her all the time.giving loving support . Yes as the time goes by and as a customer feels things are not happening.Newton team txt and emailed mum and I with every detail needed to comfort us .My brother also sold his house placing all three houses sold virtually all together.with so many aspects to selling homes Newton fallowell finished our book with a great finishing chapter.All sold no disappointment. From the initial meeting on selling the house we liked the approach and the people. Straight talking, clear and a very personal service. Throughout, the process nothing was to big or to small and we always kept updated at all times. The advice they give is good and fair, the marketing on the house was spot on and as a result we sold our house quickly and efficiently in a area that could be quite a slow market. For us it was the communication, commitment and the dedication they have to you as a client. They work as a team and you really feel that benefit. It did not matter who you spoke with, they were all appraised and able to help. So for us when selling you felt you had a whole team behind you to help sell it. Overall an excellent service

Newton Fallowell were extremely good at keeping me informed throughout the sale process, providing excellent feedback of all viewings. They were successful in selling 4 properties in a very short period of time. Not always achieving the asking price but always achieving an acceptable price. They maintained good contact with Buyers and they were quick to resolve any queries or issues that may have arisen between me and the Buyer. Would definitely use them again and would recommend as the best in Stamford for mid market housing, which I believe is their speciality.

Newton Fallowell in Stamford sold out home in November 2015, we were fortunate enough to buy through them too. From the get go, the team managed our transactions with nothing but seamless hard work. Selling your house does come at an expense but I feel we had a sound return on our investment with them and found their rates very competitive. They were honest, assertive and we found them so personable. All the staff we dealt with remember us and make time to say hello if they see us. Strongly recommended and always great to see their many "sold" signs up in the area. 10/10
