FacebookReasonably well organised and they eventually found a viable purchaser at the fifth attempt. The four aborted sales were for a variety of reasons. In two of them there was an issue of insufficient funds. We thought the financial scrutiny in these cases could hav been more rigorous.
Also, after the first sale fell through (August 2015) they seemed to lose interest and there was little apparent activity until we gave notice at the beginning of November.
