GoogleWe dealt with Matthew Irvine who I think did a good job with what was a long process due to the fact that we lost our first buyer 2 months in. Matthew was responsive and as this was a relocation from Devon, we were only able to view once. Matthew later provided us with a virtual tour at our request even though he knew the sale was in the bag, but we needed more details to enable us to plan and Matthew was very helpful in this regard Newton Fallowell also arranged for my son to visit very close to completion to get some measurements for us which helped us greatly. Matthew always respond promptly and liased between the various parties efficiently and eventually we completed on 07 October after initially offering on the property sometime in April!!. All in all we were happy with the service provided and would recommend

Sophie supported us with such understanding and compassion through what turn out to be a complex sale , due to poor solicitors ( and covid restrictions) . GoogleShocking, wasn't told the property was previously a hmo when we asked for a viewing, we had to do alot to it when we moved in to be told it was a long term let was quick enough to get u in and take the money to find out after 7 months they wanted the property back and we had 2 months to get out, we got out the property within a month, we then had to wait 7 weeks for our deposit back rang and emailed numerous occasions was told by staff they will get David to look into it, to be told by David he was getting it sorted waiting for accounts to send it to him for him to send it back to us, over and over again,
rang and told them we should of had it back within 10 days and threatened with taking them to a small claims court and had it back that afternoon, funny that, definitely will never use these again
