GoogleThis review is regarding the lettings department! I moved out of my old property almost a month ago and agreed an amount of deposit to be returned with the landlord. I’m still waiting to receive my money and everytime I try to chase it up I get told I will receive a call back but never have! They have confirmed my bank details 3 times and still no money!

GoogleApplied for a property in Grantham, and was excited to move in, was advised by this estate agent that another family was moving in so couldn’t proceed with application. Have now seen the property with another estate agent and have been told that the landlord never received any interest from Newton Fallowell. Clearly there administration team are poor, and there sales team have no ambition! This Estate Agent is a complete time waster!

GoogleWe bought a house through these.last December. They were excellent from the start. The homeownees daughter was a nightmare with surveys, changing the dates on us last minute and not signing paperwork. However the estate agents were excellent at organising stuff this women coulsnt and did there best. I have alot of time for these excellent.

GoogleReally happy with the service. Sold my house very quickly. I had originally used Yopa who took 16 weeks to do nothing. Newton Fallowell had it sold in three! All the staff are friendly and work with you as required. You couldn't ask for a better agent.

Their customer service is always exceptional and they are always polite, friendly and extremely helpful, answering questions before you even knew you wanted to ask them. We have now used them to sell and buy 3 properties and would not hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell with Jon and his team to anyone wishing to venture into the property market.

Dear Madeline, I understand from my rental team that the property that you rented through us was not left in a satisfactory condition upon your check out and as such we are dealing with the cleaning of the property and therefore doing our job properly on behalf of the landlord. GoogleVery bad experience! During my stay in one of their properties they rarely answered to my email (unless it was about giving them money) and they left me 3 weeks with no heating in winter!!!!!! Very rude in any communication. I won’t recommend them! Go somewhere else!
