We have not been disappointed. From the outset, before our property was available to market, we were given advice and guidance on how to proceed, and what legal requirements were necessary. We have always felt that we were treated as individuals and that our business really mattered. All the managers and staff are very polite, efficient and professional.
When our property was ready to let, every effort was made by Newton Fallowell to ensure we had the most suitable tenants (some prospective occupiers were rejected). Their marketing was very comprehensive and a tenant was soon chosen.
Regular property inspections have been carried out and any problems or concerns we have are very quickly resolved on our behalf.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Newton Fallowell whether you are a landlord or a prospective tenant as they know the market and are completely fair in the way they operate.
