GoogleI have recently changed managing agents for my property portfolio within North West Leicestershire and I can honestly say, I would recommend Newton Fallowell Lettings in Coalville to every single landlord out there. From my initial phone call to the transition of agents, everything was well explained and handled. I would not look at any other agent.

GoogleI have been impressed by the team at Newton Fallowell lettings Coalville branch. They appeared to have found me a good tenant, and dealt with my let very well. They have kept me informed during the process, and provided prompt paperwork, receipts etc.

GoogleReally bad experience, very poor procedure for vetting tenants who left the property in a terrible state Also some dodgy deals done with tenants by the staff working in the office underhand the Found new tenants but not properly vetted luckily I picked this up Very unprofessional service led by Daniel

GoogleReeshi provides excellent customer service, communicates well, and always responsive to my requests and queries. He frequently goes over and above his duties to provide this excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, professional, responsive, delivery focused, and customer centric. Highly recommended.
