In particular, Sharon and Simon were extremely helpful, always available to take our calls and when our solicitors weren't particularly competent, they were always on hand to try to chase things up. Nothing was too much trouble and Simon Shilton became more like a friend (even though we never met). He did research into planning permission for us and kept us up to date every step of the way. As a buyer I felt bullied from the beginning to the end of the sale. The buying experience was very negative, they were very unsupportive to the buyer although the seller never kept his word, was disgustingly dirty and lied throughout the process. As a buyer I could not recommend them.

when it became apparent that the planned move date needed to be moved by a day Zoe from Newton Fallowell, Stamford, did extensive research to find another removal firm for the sellers. The Stamford Office was excellent at keeping buyer and seller fully informed, Despite the issues which arise over the length of a 'chain' we moved into our new home 6 weeks after the first viewing.
