Without any hesitations, happy to recommend Newton Fallowell. I rented a property with the agency and the service was outstanding during all stages of the process. Simply superb! After having issues buying a house with another Estate Agents (well known chain) We decided to start looking again at houses due to being messed about by idiots that didn’t know what they were doing. We found and fell in love with a property being sold by Newton Fallowell, and from start to finish, they were amazing. Jamie, is an absolute credit to the company (the others who work there when I spoke with them, were also wonderful). So helpful, honest, quick to respond, and just down a down to earth guy, who has a character that's easy to get on with. We waited almost a year for our dream home and it was really stressful due to our sellers. However, Newton Fallowell, in particular Mandy in the Retford branch made our experience wonderful. Without Mandy, I think the process would have been far more stressful than it had been. As first time buyers she helped guide us effortlessly through the process and dare I say even provided emotional support too. Newton Fallowell cares for their customers greatly, both buyers and sellers. It's no surprise to me that they have almost 5* reviews. We'll only use NF from here on our if we ever move out. I have recently experienced significant frustration with a new rental agency. Their responsiveness has been exceedingly poor; one might think a two-year-old would provide more satisfactory answers than this group. Having moved out over a month ago, I have yet to receive my bond refund. I had to make multiple calls to obtain any information, and it was only after I informed them of my consultation with a solicitor that they acknowledged the issue a month later. The lack of professionalism from this company is astounding, there have been no apologies or explanations for the extended delay. Despite repeated assurances that I would receive a callback, none have materialized. Although they have now finally communicated with the landlord, I must still wait another week for the funds to be returned. I strongly advise anyone considering renting with Newt Fallowell to seek alternatives, as they clearly demonstrate a lack of concern for their tenants.

We recently moved to the Retford area from Essex and we found a house we liked on Newton Fallowell's rental site. From a video viewing to the day we picked up the keys, they were really great. They helped in a number of ways that I just hadn't really ever experienced with other agents, even down to the tenant's welcome box. Often as tenants, agencies can make you feel like second class citizens, but not Newton Fallowell. Claire and Jade have been fantastic and anything we've needed help with since we moved in, they've been extremely responsive. In the past we've been really anxious to report any problems due to the responses we've received from other agencies, but that couldn't be further from the case with Newton Fallowell.
