We viewed two properties with Charn that were not quite right. We explained what our dream house was and clearly knowing her property stock list showed us a stunning barn conversion. She rang the office, organised the viewing straight away and we saw the property, with the vendor. We made an offer which sadly wasn’t accepted. But not deterred the team worked behind the scenes and yesterday increasing our offer and the vendor dropping a little on their desired sale price the offer was accepted! We are so grateful to Charn and Renata for their support, help and advice. Happy vendor and purchaser !

Jayne and Ben have been absolutely amazing with helping us find a family home to rent after we sold our family home and could not find anything suitable to buy and needed a house to rent. Highly recommended agents, having purchased a property purposely for a fast completion with no chain, the purchase turned into a more complex transaction due to registration, probate and seller issues. I only decided to push for the property due to the Newton Fallowell team actually caring and following things through constantly, Elise managed to negotiate a short term rental on the property which helped my short term situation massively, and Cyan kept in touch and pushed hard with solicitors and vendors all the way through the process, to assist with a difficult purchase through no fault of their own. David also picked up the phone when needed to try to resolve the situation when needed, which is refreshing too. Cyan and Elise are a huge credit to Newton Fallowell, responsive, professional and caring and if (when) I do decide to sell/purchase again they will be my first port of call.
