I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Ellie Lavender and Kieran Arthur at Newton Fallowell, Werrington Office, regarding the recent sale of my son's apartment. While sourcing a buyer was appreciated, it was the exemplary support throughout the conveyancing process that truly stood out. From the moment an offer was accepted through to exchange and completion, Ellie demonstrated unwavering professionalism and dedication. She was consistently available at the end of the phone, keeping me fully informed at every stage and ensuring I was never left in the dark. Her proactive communication and liaison with my solicitor made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. Newton Fallowell’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to seeing the transaction through with care and precision were second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough and extend my sincere thanks to the team for a truly outstanding service.

Ellie & Dylan were amazing throughout the process of selling my house. They were professional at all times, they were always at the end of an email or the phone to answer any questions I had. They always ensured I was kept me up to date with all steps and guided me throughout. They are an asset to the company. They made what was a very stressful period of my life, a lot easier. Very impressed with the service I’ve received in my search for a rental property. Working with Olivia L. has been terribly easy. Organising an initial viewing together was quick as you’d expect. During which, however, we had a high quality and in depth conversation about my requirements: discussing how the property we were viewing met them or fell short. Leading to us pivoting post-viewing to organise a second viewing for another property which suited my requirements. Organising payments was easy, getting access to the AST took a small period simply due to how quickly the turnaround was from the house being available to me submitting my application. I overpaid the initial deposit without realising and was urgently called regarding sending the overpayment back which as well is not a guarantee with tenancy companies I’ve worked with before. Small issues like setting up boiler controls and contacting the landlord for various permissions have so far all been addressed and/or solved overnight. In some cases within 3-5 hours from issue discovered - to maintenance visit - to repair complete. Queries are all being answered promptly so far. So really no complaints at all, I believe it’s up there with the best service I’ve had organising and living in a rental property. Thanks to Olivia for stepping up, I’ve appreciated the work!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Kieran and his team. From the very start, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly proactive. The quality of the marketing, particularly the photography, was outstanding, and we received multiple competitive offers as a result. What truly set them apart was their commitment beyond just securing a great offer. They were instrumental in ensuring our chain completed smoothly, consistently chasing up and down the chain to keep everything moving, something we know isn’t always the case with other agents. Even in a particularly challenging chain, they kept our buyers (who were at the very bottom) engaged and reassured throughout, ensuring the sale stayed on track. Honest, reliable, and always available when we needed them, Kieran and his team went above and beyond at every stage. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. An exceptional service from start to finish!
