The Peterborough branch has seen huge success and growth since its cold start opening in 2018 including being recognised by Rightmove and Zoopla as one of the top selling & lettings agents in Peterborough. The office is also proud to have won the British Property Awards for Peterborough in both 2022 & 2023, which is an award provided to one agent based on their service, therefore provides clients with confidence in the service that will be provided by the team. Owned by Managing Director Jason Treadwell and Director Kieran Arthur, they ensure the branch offers its clients an exceptional service specialising in sales, valuations, financial services, mortgages, conveyancing, land valuations (plots) and new homes. The branch boasts a superb location, situated within a pedestrianised area, with parking facilities close by. Staff at the branch pride themselves on their commitment to customer service, focusing on the entire customer ‘journey’ and experience, rather than simply selling and letting houses. As part of this, they adopt a proactive and flexible approach to viewings, including accompanied viewings, out of hours contact, weekend opening hours and the provision of eye-catching property brochures featuring professional photography and detailed floorplans as standard.

GoogleIt’s a competitive market between the many estate agents covering Peterborough and I took my time selecting the company that I thought would be most engaged and reactive to the stages of the sales process. I’m happy to report that the team at Newton Fallowell met my expectations and requirements in a professional, enthusiastic and approachable way. The team knew the local market well, had a strong list of likely buyers available and we got a great deal very quickly. Top marks to this team, they kept me well informed throughout the process and got the job done.

View AgentsExceptional Service, Highly Recommend!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Kieran and his team. From the very start, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly proactive. The quality of the marketing, particularly the photography, was outstanding, and we received competitive offers quickly as a result. What truly set them apart was their commitment beyond just securing a great offer. They were instrumental in ensuring our chain completed smoothly, consistently chasing up and down the chain to keep everything moving, something we know isn’t always the case with other agents. Even in a particularly challenging chain they ensured the sale stayed on track. Honest, reliable, and always available when we needed them, Kieran and his team went above and beyond at every stage. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. An exceptional service from start to finish!

GoogleWe switched to Newton Fallowell in the spring having become disillusioned with the performance of another local (Werrington) based corporate agent. Delighted with their proactive approach getting us viewings even before the property was on Right Move. Ella was the main point of contact for our purchase with herself and other team members helping with our sale. Everyone was great, patient and we felt supported throughout. We happily recommend Newton Fallowell (Werrington) and the supporting services they can arrange such as surveyors. Our only negative was their recommended conveyancers which certainly didnt hit the spot as far as we were concerned and we continued to use the excellent London based firm Juno.
