The Peterborough branch has seen huge success and growth since its cold start opening in 2018 including being recognised by Rightmove and Zoopla as one of the top selling & lettings agents in Peterborough. The office is also proud to have won the British Property Awards for Peterborough in both 2022 & 2023, which is an award provided to one agent based on their service, therefore provides clients with confidence in the service that will be provided by the team. Owned by Managing Director Jason Treadwell and Director Kieran Arthur, they ensure the branch offers its clients an exceptional service specialising in sales, valuations, financial services, mortgages, conveyancing, land valuations (plots) and new homes. The branch boasts a superb location, situated within a pedestrianised area, with parking facilities close by. Staff at the branch pride themselves on their commitment to customer service, focusing on the entire customer ‘journey’ and experience, rather than simply selling and letting houses. As part of this, they adopt a proactive and flexible approach to viewings, including accompanied viewings, out of hours contact, weekend opening hours and the provision of eye-catching property brochures featuring professional photography and detailed floorplans as standard.

GoogleOlivia looks after us at our residential let property and she is just wonderful to speak to and engage with! She is one of the most friendly and warm people I have met in terms of letting agents and is always very efficient and quick to deal with any queries we have. I really look forward to seeing her when we have our inspections and strangely, it feels like I have known her for ages even though it’s only been about 6 months. I can imagine she is a fantastic asset to NF.

GoogleKieran and Ella did very good and professional job for me. They pushed hard to meet my tight deadline and they have delivered what they promised. End to end experience was delightful. I didn't score 5 cus of one thing could be improved which is the rooms dimensions need to be accurate and in case of skewed walls this should be highlighted so customers will have more understanding about the size of the rooms. Thanks all and appreciate your service 🙏

GoogleI initially felt the estate agents were pushing a bit too much, but as the process went on, I realised that level of persistence was exactly what was needed to get things done smoothly. In the end, everything was handled very well, and I’m especially grateful for the professional support and dedication shown by Mr. Dylan. Really well done.

FacebookJust sold my house using Newton and Fallowell, I must say excellent and professional estate agents with a good knowledge of the area. I was a little nervous selling my house during a pandemic, but my worries were soon taken away when I knew I had chosen the right estate agents. From the valuation appointment, exceptional photos and house details, and constant communication right through to the sale. I would highly recommend, special thanks to Nicola 🙂🏡
Thank you Naomi, and for the lovely gifts, what a lovely surprise! x

FacebookOver the years I’ve dealt with countless estate agencies and their agents. The experience has been highly diverse varying from average to incredibly stressful and frustrating. Ladies from Newton Fallowell, however, stood out straight away. We’ve been shown a couple of houses by them so far and couldn’t recommend Werrington branch enough. Their approach is very different: both ladies are incredibly knowledgeable about the properties and their owners yet you don’t feel you are listening to another (cheesy) sales pitch. They guide you through a viewing and help paint bigger picture, but don’t intervene or constantly fire off empty sales terms. They spend enough time with you, but there is no pressure in the end and you truly feel like they are genuinely interested in helping you find what’s right for you, not the other way around. They don’t hassle you afterwards, but do still check on your periodically so you feel 100% comfortable going back as and when you need to depending on your personal circumstances. Our search is far from over, but we’d love to find a house via NW and hope to sell through them as well.
Hi Natalja, thankyou so much for such a fabulous review! We look forward to seeing you both soon x
