We recently sold our property using the Werrington branch, with Kieran and his team. We enjoyed excellent service with a weekly call from Kieran to keep us updated throughout the process. Each week he would advise exactly where we were in the process and who he was chasing to get things moving. Whenever we called the office if Kieran wasn’t available the other staff members were extremely helpful. All in all we thought we made the right choice using Newton Fallowell, they took all the stress out of our move.

Outstanding customer service from Olivia in the lettings team. She’s not only thorough and professional but also brings a cheerful and positive energy. More places could benefit from someone as dedicated and committed as her. I hope Newton Fallowell offers her opportunity in the future to come.

Arthur and the team at Werrington are professional & helpful and “always there in the background” which was reassuring. The whole house buying process from beginning to end was horrendous with a very tricky vendor. They made it slightly better, but in the end we are glad it’s all over. Thank you, we are settled in our new home now and that’s the main thing.

Ella offered us a very professional service and acted as we requested. She undertook research to ensure that the valuation offered was accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.

I never leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to shoutout Chris Long and praise his amazing customer service. Chris was friendly, provided a quick service and was very knowledgeable in his field. Chris even followed up after everything was done just to check I was satisfied and didn’t need anything more. What a lovely chap! Thanks Chris!

I came across Mr. Ethan Payne when he appeared as a guest on a Cryptocurrency Podcast in the USA. I was listening to and was very impressed with his straight forward approach and the principles of his trading strategy. I invested $1000 with his company as a trial. I was able to withdraw a profit of $13,000 after 7 days. Mr. Ethan Payne made this possible, do well and reach out to him for a secure investment too. This branch provided an excellent service from the start of the sale and throughout the process of finally selling my property. Many thanks to Kieron who put his time and effort in taking photos of my property. Also, Sean's support, advice and regular updates were very much appreciated. My only regret is, that I did not choose this estate agents first !

I can't say enough good things about Ella at Newton Fallowell! As a first-time home buyer, I was really nervous about the whole process, but she made it so easy and stress-free. From our first meeting, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. She was incredibly patient, showing me a variety of properties that fit my criteria, and always offering helpful insights and advice. Even after the sale closed, she continued to provide support, helping me with all the little details that come with moving into a new home. If you're looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about their clients, look no further than miss Ella Ainley at Newton Fallowell (Werrington)! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I had an absolute pleasure doing business with ella and i couldn’t be happier with the service i received. I shall bow down to her and her family line whenever I bump into her. I shall walk the plank for this woman. Can everyone reading this right now take the time to stand up and make a toast to Miss Ella Ainley. CHEERS!!!

Having been a customer of Newton Fallowell, both renting my property and finally selling it, I have only positive things to say about their services and my interaction with the staff of their Werrington office. They found me an excellent tenant who respected and looked after my property and, after I finally decided to put it on the market they very quickly produced a high quality ???online??? brochure which immediately attracted considerable interest which resulted in numerous viewings and offers. Despite the fact the initial sale fell through, due entirely to the prospective buyer being unable to sell their own property, they very quickly organised more viewings, which again resulted in numerous offers and they kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, which to me living abroad, was vitally important. I also very much appreciated their attention to the small but, nevertheless, important things. Collecting and forwarding any post, taking the utility meter readings and generally keeping me informed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Nicola and her team to anyone considering renting or selling their property. All property agencies will tell a good story about the services they offer but Newton Fallowell certainly delivered on their promises to me.

I recently sold my home through Newton and Fallowell werrington. Nicola and Vicki were absolutely amazing. The whole team was. They were attentive, helpful and always went out of there way to help me. We were in constant contact via email or phone, which was really great for me. House sales can be stressful and at times it was but more because of the solicitors, but the ladies at N&F were fantastic. I honestly cannot fault them. They were a pleasure to work with.

Nicola has been pivotal in helping us move. It has been an extremely challenging house move with lots of hurdles. Despite this Nicola was professional, helpful, resourceful and empathetic towards us. She dealt with a hostile party in the chain tactfully and we know this wasn???t easy. Thank you for going the extra mile, always! Nicola is true to her word, will keep you in the loop, communicates with solicitors and others to ensure you are on the same page and is very understanding. You have been fantastic and we cannot thank you and your team enough. You did a great job in making up for where our solicitors were lacking. Even our solicitors said Nicola has been great and has gone above and beyond what an estate agent company would do. Would recommend to everyone!
