GoogleNewton fallowell have been fantastic from start to finish, they sold our property very quickly we was very happy with the valuation. We had our problems finding a property to move into but they was there every step of the way lots of support and advise. It's taken a few months for us to get sorted but with there excellent communication skills they kept our buyers in the loop. A**** Best in the business by a mile . GoogleWe met with several local agents in the Boston area before ultimately deciding to go with Newton Fallowell. There were many reasons why we chose them above other agents in the end, but for us one of the most important was the fact that they seemed to have a genuine interest in the property. They did their research before visiting, gave us useful information about selling our home and discussed with us a range of marketing options, including asking prices. All without any hint of pressure or a sales pitch. Ben was a lovely guy and no question was too much or too silly. Correspondence was quick, even out of hours and everyone at the branch couldn't do more for us. Even down to their photographer Dean who went above and beyond to make sure the photos of our house were spot on. We felt confident that Newton Fallowell would be the ones to sell our home- and they did! We accepted an offer a week after it went on the market. We were fortunate to receive several offers and had sensible, realistic and professional advice from the team to help us make our decision on what buyer to go with. Throughout the sales process we were kept up to date and things went through smoothly first time. We would definitely recommend Newton Fallowell and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from them.
