A friendly and professional team at NF LFE, albeit with some inexperienced staff, but we all have to start somewhere. Good photos and description was produced and all relevant outlets covered. I’d definitely use them again. Things to improve - appoint one of the team to deal with each vendor/customer. I felt I was passed from one to another too much and didn’t know who to speak to. Also be prepared to undertake viewings outside of office hours, when requested.

Quite frankly! Disappointed! I have a property to let and needed to have a swift change in agent. I spoke to Zak and advised the urgency of setting the tenant up due to my previous experience with agent. He advised this wasnt the type of property they would usually deal with but would as my Mother would be letting hers too. A week went by, I heard nothing and so left a message in the office. Then another couple of days. Eventually I left 2/3 messages of which no one got back to me or my Mother. Infact, still waiting for a call now! Extremely poor service! If they didn't want to take on my property or if it wasn't a priority, it should have been communicated!

Polite and efficient in the main, house sold in 4hrs. They were great and informative through out mostly. Great advertisement and internet presence along with property presentation to the market. Only criticism, I had to chase towards the end and the sale was delayed by a week due to poor communication with the buyer, had closer attention to this element been given, I imagine the delay would have never occurred. I’d have given 5 stars for Tom and Zack had we not had the delay. Thanks L

Newton Fallowell has lots of options for the house to choose from which makes the buyer comfortable to decide on the selected properties. Most of the properties are on the good areas. I viewed couple of properties and selected one property. The buying process was made simple by the Newton Fallowell through the regular co-ordination with the Solicitors from both side. Thomas Hall supported and responded to us very well through the buying process and resolved all the queries and sorted out the issues professionally. Thomas arranged additional viewings as per my convenience by liaising with the house owner regularly. I managed to enter the house on the expected day which was one of our biggest festival (DIWALI) and this was all possible because of Thomas. Based on above, I can say that Newton Fallowell estate agents are one of the best in the Leicester area for the home buyers to find the properties as per the buyer's need and budget. I will recommend my friends and relatives to plan to buy the properties from Newton Fallowell. I may plan to buy another property in the future from this agent. Be careful what you sign for. I have just paid full commission to Newton fallowell for NOT selling my house. The contract covers every eventuality to make sure they take your money whether they sell it or not. I had my property on for a long period of time and followed instructions to reduce price when told to do so. I then got the opportunity to part exchange with a new build. They couldn’t wait to let me know I owed them full commission. I could understand a partial payment to cover costs but not the full amount. Bought in to the sales pitch of the manger who then wanted nothing to do with me when I had a complaint. READ THE SMALL PRINT!!

A five * team, very professional. Made our house sale as easy as possible for us. Questions and phone calls were always answered promptly. Everyone was great and nothing was too much trouble for them but I have to give Dylan an extra special mention, he was a star from the moment he first knocked on our door to value the property to the moment we handed the keys over after completion. I recently moved home, although Newton Fallowell wasnt who I sold my house with, they acted for my purchase. I couldn't believe how helpful they have been. I have moved many times and have never dealt with an estate agents who went above and beyond their job description. From communication, updates, during the move, to meeting me at my new home with the keys and even reading the meters for me. I cant praise them enough.
