Very disappointing experience with KFH. We moved into a property that, in my view, had not been properly prepared following the previous tenancy. The walls had not been repaired or repainted, the carpets were old and noticeably dirty, and the overall condition did not reflect the standard I would expect after professional cleaning. There also appeared to have been a clear opportunity between tenancies to inspect, repair, clean and properly prepare the property, but many issues were still present when we moved in. What is particularly disappointing is the apparent lack of attention during the check-out and handover process. As incoming tenants, we have been left dealing with problems that should reasonably have been identified and addressed beforehand. I understand that the landlord has since stopped working with KFH and appointed a different management company. Based on our experience, I expected a much higher standard of inspection, property preparation and accountability from a company of KFH’s size and reputation.

Extremely dissatisfied with KFH. After paying thousands of pounds in move in moneys, I expected some sort of quality control check from the estate agent. The rental property was disgusting when we got handed the keys - broken beds, broken fridge/ freezer, filthy floors, damp, expired in 2021 smoke alarm and that is barely touching the sides of our complaints. It is shocking that not a single person in the company decided to check a property they represent before handing over the keys. After speaking to multiple people on the matter, KFH should be embarrassed of this situation and I will not be recommending KFH to anyone.

They were approachable, responsive and genuinely seemed to care about getting the best outcome for everyone involved. They found me excellent tenants and handled the whole process extremely efficiently, while always acting in the best interests of both myself and my tenants. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Aaron and Ashley are a real credit to KFH, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords or tenants. My partner and I have been looking at the market for some months now, very much taking our time to understand what we really want. During this, we have been fortunate to have Conal to guide us through KFH's offerings. He is great company, has strong insights, and very much listens to our feedback - he has a very good sense of the kind of properties we've come to like, including properties we might not have originally considered. I wish the property market was just one big database that a personal agent guided you through. In such a world we would want Conal to be our agent! Strange to say, but part of me will be a bit gutted if we end up buying a property that isn't with KFH - I would feel like Conal's outstanding work would ultimately go unrecognized. I’ve given 4 to 4.5 stars, as there’s always room for improvement, as my last boss used to say. Initially KFH, (and other local agents, to be fair), overvalued the property I was selling as an executor, which raised false hopes. However, the market is what it is, and it’s currently flat. Stuart gave me useful advice on how to present the flat, which was furnished but unoccupied, for the marketing materials. We lost our first buyer which was frustrating, but Stuart, Tai and Shantay persisted and found us another buyer. It was a long and complicated process but Shantay was in regular contact, facilitating numerous visits to the property by the buyers and their tradespeople, and keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout the process. So overall I am happy with KFH and would recommend them.

Very disappointing experience with KFH. Everything seemed helpful and straightforward before signing the tenancy, but unfortunately the level of support changed significantly once we moved in. We have experienced multiple issues with the property and have had to repeatedly chase for updates and solutions. Instead of taking ownership and resolving concerns, we often feel that responsibility is simply being passed elsewhere. Renting a home should not become a constant source of stress, particularly when tenants are paying substantial rent and reasonably expect issues to be dealt with professionally and promptly. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend KFH. I hope the service improves and our outstanding concerns are finally resolved.
