GoogleA fantastic estate agent. My review is based mainly on my experience of buying a house with one employee Tate Smith. Tate was absolutely incredible going above and beyond the whole time, she got the job done and well and truly got the sale over the line. Without her I’m not sure I would’ve made it, she’s been outstanding from start to finish. She was also always happy and able to answer all the small questions as well, nothing was too much. Thank you Tate!

GoogleI cannot praise Tate Smith and the KFH team highly enough. They went above and beyond in the sale of my apartment. I know for a fact that without Tate Smith's involvement, the sale would not have gone through. They kept both me and the buyer informed every step of the way. When I couldn't be hands-on (as I was managing everything from New Zealand), Tate Smith and the team were always there to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend KFH. If you are fortunate enough to work with Tate Smith, you are onto an absolute winner.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Kerri to let out our home and I can’t recommend her enough. Kerri was able to help after being let down on multiple levels by another well known agent from Catford. This was our first time letting a property and Kerri’s knowledge of the local market, exceptional professionalism, and patience made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to thoroughly understand our issues, explain things to us, provided us with a tenant that matched all our needs and provided insightful advice that helped me make informed decisions. GoogleKFH Forest Hill sold our flat. Jonathan was great at keeping us up to date with regular calls and ensured we were aware of what was happening . He knows the local market well and was always patient and honest . Office staff were easy to talk to and always got in touch when they said they would . I’d recommend selling through KFH they're proactive , motivated, efficient and effective . Thanks to the team !

He helped us from the very beginning until the last, he always managed to talk with me and explain everything, even when he was busy, he always found time to help me in this process. Kevin is the right person to find a house and to help during the whole process!!

GoogleI was having trouble finding somewhere nice to move into and I would have to say a great thank you to Kevin as he was helpful throughout the whole process and was very understanding. He listened to everything I had to say and I trusted that he would find the perfect place for me, and he did. If I had to move house again or anyone I know has to move. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Kevin.

He has been really helpful and understanding in what I wanted to move into and was able to share suitable homes for my move into London. Making such a big move to London has not been easy but Jean Pierre has made my experience less stressful and I would highly recommend everyone to use him if looking to move into London.

He was always available on the phone, or via email - and extremely helpful and diplomatic (as someone else has mentioned too). GoogleAfter liaising with 3 estate agents, which we believe to be the norm, we decided to go with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (Forest Hill Estate Agents )for the selling of our mother’s family home; following her passing, based on their knowledge and expertise of the present market. Javid, who spearheaded our request, was someone we were not quite expecting to meet because of the way in which he ensured everything was done to the required standard and perfection. Javid was exceptional and clearly very experienced in all aspects of the selling of properties Javid was sympathetic throughout as he pointed out and explained other qualities in the house that went unnoticed by other estate agents we had approached. We trusted him to negotiate on our behalf. our Family home of over 60 years was difficult to let go and Javid understood all the emotional attachments. Javid and his team dealt with all the viewing and kept us updated by email, text and phone calls which resulting in him being able to secure the right deal for us. GoogleKevin and his team were very helpful. Kevin in particular was very responsive - he arranged a viewing on the same day we called which was amazing. He then negotiated the agreement in an efficient manner and even called us after we have moved in to make sure things are fine. Highly recommended if you want an agent who would go the extra mile!

GoogleJonathan and his team were fantastic. We had two false starts selling our flat, which was no one's fault. Jonathan provided reassurance throughout and most crucially, was always quickly able to find people who wanted to view the property and crucially, a new credible buyer. Very proactive in then pushing through the sale and chasing solicitors. Would highly recommend - worth every penny.

GoogleLast December we successfully sold our house through KFH of Forest Hill. Before asking for help from Javaid and his team we were with another estate agent. We took so long to write this review because we wanted to find the right words to express our thanks to Javaid and Leon for their excellent work. Since we called them, in complete distress, back in June they were continuously on our side. They were excellent communicators from the start and always knew where we were on the timeline, what was missing, and the time it would take to get to the next step. This was a completely new experience after the previous estate agent’s staff member who seemed completely on the buyer's side. Suffice to say, if you have a house to sell in Forest Hill, Sydenham or anywhere close to this fantastic part of London, don't give it second thoughts, just give Javaid a ring and he will help you get the best buyers, ones already screened to pass the basic test: can this buyer afford the property? Our house sold very close to the £800k asking price. Many, many, thanks: you will always be remembered as the ones who really made it happen!

GoogleKFH were brilliant from start to finish when selling our house through them. We had a few issues with losing a set of buyers along the way, and a chain falling through at the last minute due to uncontrollable external events, but this was all handled seamlessly. Shamia and Bradley kept us updated throughout the entire process, which turned out to be a longer one than expected. Shamia helped get the sale over the line with great communication between us and the eventual buyers and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

GoogleKFH sold our house for us in forest hill and we completed today and are thrilled. They were brilliant from the word go. Leon was the amazing and professional sales manager who worked incredibly hard to progress the sale. I had no problems getting in touch with Leon, didn't have to chase him at all. He was always two steps ahead of the game. We had used another estate agents in forest hill before we decided to use KFH as the one we had were useless beyond a joke. We then decided to go wth KFH and the difference was amazing. If you want honesty and professionalism, I would recommend KFH 200% They work incredibly hard and are lovely to deal with
