Of all the agents, Leon showed me properties that exactly met my criteria : within 5 minutes of both kids' school, minimum square feet, outdoor space, not requiring much cosmetic work, and within the budget. There were many tricky points with our sale, as they are with all properties, but Leon was steadfast and worked hard to resolve them. Bradley and the team did a great job of selling our flat. They got lots of potential buyers through the door in the early stages. We then thankfully finally managed to get the sale through when the housing market opened up after lockdown, and they enabled good communication between us and our buyers to ensure this happened. They were also very good at trying to find us a new property ourselves, getting us through the door of places as soon as they came up, even if we did eventually decide not to buy in London.

Javaid and his team at KFH Forest Hill did a great job managing our move and sale. They were friendly and professional, which meant we were comfortable approaching them with any queries we had, even if it wasn't down to them to resolve. They were pro-active and happy to speak to our sellers estate agent on our behave when needed. Javaid added calm to a purchase that proved to be quite stressful at times. With the sale of our own property, they listened carefully and helped to set realistic expectations. Their expectations fell in line with ours and I'm happy to say the expectations were met with the sale of our property (our sellers gave us 3 weeks to find a buyer for our property, KFH delivered in 2 weeks at the asking price).
