GoogleThe kfh team at Forest Hill are fantastic in particular Javaid, Kyle and Seth. They made the whole process of buying our home so simple and we found them to be highly professional throughout. I would highly recommend them and would go as far to say they are the best agents I've dealt with and would definitely use them again. We love our home, thanks for all your hard work!

As we live quite some distance from the flat Javaid regularly went round with the purchasers to help deal with their enquiries. Always friendly and professional he kept us fully informed with updates and negotiated very well on our behalf.

GoogleReally disappointed. Completely overvalued my propety from the outset and lured me into a false sense of security. Constantly showed people round who weren’t interested as they didn’t fit the criteria, simply to hit their viewings targets. Genuinely feel like I lost out on ££££’s as a result of going with them in the first place. Only slight positive is that the people themselves are nice enough and I was met with politeness, even when I told them I was going elsewhere. In my experience it really paid to go with a local agent, I’d urge anyone selling in Forest Hill to do the same.

It is from our understanding that your property was of similar size to other flats we had been selling, making the price comparable. It is also to our understanding that our agents showed you the comparable properties at the time of valuation so you could see how they came to the decided value. Two offers from buyers were secured despite them originally requesting to see a two bedroom flat, so despite the property not fitting their original requirements this did seem to work. GoogleThe Staff at KFH were incredibly lovely and a pleasure to work with. They respectfully contacted me about the property I requested to see. They rang me to enquire what exactly I was looking for so that they knew what I was looking for and any further criteria so that I could look at any other properties that fit my budget and needs. We met with Kevin and worked towards finding the best property together. I felt very well-informed and taken care of throughout the entire process. Viewing a variety of properties and, when asked, gave us insight into what the Landlords would want from an offer and what their other agreements have looked like previously, which gave us an amazing understanding of how we should curate our offer. Helping us with technical difficulties to ensure all the paperwork was done, I felt very supported throughout the entire process. They never tried to get one over on us, and we are now very happy with our new property. We are just awaiting the inventory report. Best of luck finding your property. I recommend the KFH at Forest Hill; they are lovely, down-to-earth people who genuinely feel they have your best interests at heart.
