GoogleI'm a landlord. This company are liers and cheats. I initially thought I was dealing with a professional organisation but that turned out to be false. The are very deceiving and commission driven which compromises their service. It felt like they just wanted to get the commission as quickly as possible without being considerate to my requests of which I don't have many. I would not recommend using KFH.

GoogleWe bought our new property through KFH, and even though it was far from a straight forward transaction, Jonathan (supported by Tate) did an absolutely fantastic job dealing with the chain, providing updates and being available and supportive. In many ways, Jonathan’s efforts stopped the chain from collapsing. Would fully recommend his and KFH Forest Hill’s services.
