GoogleWe had a number of local agents visit and Javaid was the only one who really demonstrated an understanding of the area and the market. He wasn't as 'salesy' as the others either. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process and importantly he got the pricing spot on.

GoogleSelling through forest hill KFH has been a really smooth and painless experience. I can only say good things about the team especially Kyle. He has always been there when we needed him and sold our property super quickly. So far it's been great. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe had a chance to work with Samantha who assisted us with finding and renting a new house back in July. She was always professional, friendly and very helpful. She answered all our questions, kept us informed and was an instrumental link between us and our new landlord. Renting with her was smooth and easy. KFH have an online portal where you can see all the information and documents related to the property and also report maintenance issues at the properties managed by them. Highly recommended! However, one star down for property management. The house is managed by KFH and some minor repairs needed to be done upon moving in. The progress is very slow and although the works have been agreed by the landlord over 3 weeks ago, they are not even booked yet. There seems to be a lack of communication at some level between the property management team/contractors. I do believe this will be resolved soon.

GoogleI recently sold my house through KFH in Forest Hill. Although, I obtained valuations from other estate agents, I didn’t hesitate to instruct KFH due to my previous positive experience. On this occasion, Bradley matched a buyer to my property before the house officially went to market, which resulted in my house going under offer extremely quickly. Bradley liaised with myself and the buyers so that we were all kept informed along the way. Understandably, it was a stressful time approaching the end of the main stamp duty holiday; however, the team at KFH, and Bradley in particular, made efforts to ensure completion took place in time. GoogleWe recently purchased our new home through Shamia at KFH. It is difficult to convey in a few short words just how exceptional and how much of a rock he was throughout the entire process. While we understood that we were not his client, he went above and beyond to find solutions whenever there were potential roadblocks along the way - helping the whole chain pull together to achieve the same aim in what was at times an over-complicated and stressful process (not through his making). We have worked with other agents in the past, and can honestly say that we have never had such a positive experience than with Shamia. If we were ever to sell (although we hope we won't - he did too much of a good job!), he'd without doubt be the first person we called. A true class act, and a gentleman in the process. Without doubt someone we would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleI had my information leaked and stolen through a previous employee called Gabriel Paun after I used KFH's services. He then took out credit in my name which resulted in CCJ's threatened against my name. When reported to KFH they did nothing, and were actually very rude and told me it was not their problem. Do not use them.
