Although I was not his client - I was buying from his seller - I can't speak highly enough of his help in getting the deal completed in time for the end of the SDLT holiday. I know he had a lot of difficulty with his client's sellers down the chain but he dealt with them and with me fairly, openly and professionally and worked hard to get the deal done. GoogleSelling a flat just after Brexit, in the middle of an epidemic and with the end of the stamp duty holiday looming might have been difficult but from Javaid's puppy dog enthusiasm at our first meeting to Bradley confirming we had completed on the sale 15 minutes before my solicitors told me KFH never put a foot wrong. And KFH achieved a price I was very happy with. I recommend that anyone selling in Forest Hill should go to KFH.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were with KFH recently for the sale of flat. Whilst we had a couple of different contacts, we were always kept well informed and the team worked tirelessly to get us the appropriate viewings (not just an exercise to get numbers up). During the latter stages we worked mostly with Oliver; his approach to the whole process was professional, and efficient, always friendly and ultimately successful - for our endless questions there was nothing that was too much for him. The knowledge and service provided by the KFH team as a whole certainly made what is a stressful occasion more calming and simple. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling or buying in the area.

GoogleI have been a landlord with management service via KFH for a number of years now. Samantha, Ciara, Dovi and Co, have been very attentive. They take advantage of the favorable current market condition and act as a fair go between landlord and tenant. Their management fee is good value for money for what you get in return. I would highly recommend for sourcing new tenants and ongoing management of a rental portfolio.
