GoogleI guess buying a first home is always daunting, but Kyle Caligari at KFH did all he could to make my purchase as straightforward as possible. He was helpful but not pushy when I viewed the property, and worked hard to strike the best deal possible.
He was extremely approachable and very easy to contact throughout the process, and clearly explained to me the minefield journey from offer through conveyancing towards completion.
I hope I will be happy in my new home for many years, but if and when I choose to sell Kyle will undoubtedly be the person I call.

GoogleWe cannot recommend KFH Forest Hill highly enough. They were recommended to us by another family member and we were not disappointed. They provided us with an excellent service from valuation to the completion of our sale and purchase.
Leon and Javaid in particular worked hard on our behalf making sure that the necessary discussions took place between buyer, seller, solicitors and other people in the chain in a timely manner.
They work as a team and are excellent communicators. They helped us to achieve a very good price for our house in a very short space of time. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them and we felt that they always put our best interests to the forefront of everything they did. In all they made what can be a very difficult process much less stressful. Well done KFH at Forest Hill.
