They gave me realistic advice re price and I had received an offer over the asking price within the first week. They chased everyone up throughout the transaction to ensure a quick completion and everyone I dealt with at the branch was courteous and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

GoogleIt has been a long time since we last bought a house. We did not need the agent to do too much in my eyes as purchasers - and it was chain free at both ends - but nevertheless Nigel @ KFH FH did a great job of keeping things moving particularly to hit an exchange deadline right before Xmas. He was on hand to advise etc. We had an aborted attempt some months earlier at buying a house thru one of the newer portals and that was frustrating without a key contact. We appreciated the friendly advice, experience and professional approach of Nigel during the process and completed smoothly. It took us a long time to find this house and we dealt with at least one other KFH office and they were similarly helpful, so I would definitely put them at top of shortlist if I were in need of agents in future.

GoogleJavaid and the Forest Hill KFH team were extremely professional throughout our sale last year. Their valuation was the most accurate of the 3 we received and I was impressed by the number of people they got through the door. When our buyers pulled out (because we had not found anywhere to buy after 3 months of looking), KFH quickly got us 3 new offers. We never felt pressured by them and our solicitor said they were working hard behind the scenes to make sure the sale went through. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe KFH team, and Javaid in particular are utterly brilliant. They are incredibly knowledgable about the market place, very professional and extremely trustworthy. I've bought and sold with them and they really do look after you. Javaid has even been given me advice when things have gone wrong with other agents whilst selling another flat in another part of town. But MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DELIVER. They got me a buyer in eight days for near on the asking price. When does that happen in today's market?

GoogleI had an amazing experience with this rental agency. In particular, Tara Killingback, was an absolute gem. She communicated perfectly with me, she advised really well about some pros and cons to the negotiations and areas and she wasn’t pushy at all - she made relocation quite a seamless process. I would highly recommend KFH. Thank you.

GoogleHad a very mixed experience with KFH. Whilst they sold our flat relatively quickly and were always professional I didn’t feel like the agent predominantly dealing with our sale was personable or always kept us in the loop. Unfortunately I received more information about the sale from the other agents in chain and from my own research and never even received a call or email from the agent about completing our sale. We did deal with another branch who we listed our property with who kept in contact around sale.

GoogleI guess buying a first home is always daunting, but Kyle Caligari at KFH did all he could to make my purchase as straightforward as possible. He was helpful but not pushy when I viewed the property, and worked hard to strike the best deal possible. He was extremely approachable and very easy to contact throughout the process, and clearly explained to me the minefield journey from offer through conveyancing towards completion. I hope I will be happy in my new home for many years, but if and when I choose to sell Kyle will undoubtedly be the person I call.
