Recent change of sharer process for my flat. There were a few challenges throughout the process, largely because it coincided with the implementation of the recent changes to rental legislation. It was clear that the centralised operations team was dealing with an exceptionally high volume of requests, which unfortunately resulted in delays for my tenants. Despite these challenges, I want to recognise the excellent support provided by the Tooting branch. Ashley and the team maintained great communication throughout, keeping both myself and my tenants updated whenever possible. I would also like to specifically acknowledge Kira and Megha, who worked extremely hard to get everything over the line despite what were clearly very demanding workloads. Their professionalism, responsiveness and commitment were much appreciated. My only observation is that it appears the impact of the new legislation, and the additional administrative requirements it has created, may have been underestimated at a senior management level. The increased workload on the operational teams was evident, and I believe additional resources and support would help ensure service levels are maintained during periods of significant regulatory change. Overall, while the process took longer than expected, the dedication and perseverance of everyone involved ultimately ensured a successful outcome. I wanted to make sure the individuals who went above and beyond receive the recognition they deserve.

We approached Kfh as first time buyers and Shania went above and beyond to help us. She showed us a large number of properties which had just been put on the market, gave us insight into the properties and the sellers, and helped us navigate the process every step of the way. We were absolutely blown away by her professionalism and would happily recommend her to anyone currently looking. While we unfortunately had to pull out of the purchase, due to issues with the property, Shania was great throughout.

I cannot say nice enough things about the Tooting KF H team. After a lengthy sales process with another estate agent, we moved our listing to KF H and had almost immediate success. Just spoke to Dan on the phone who was incredibly rude and hostile towards me on the phone after he called to follow up and offer that was rejected from the buyer. Extremely dissatisfied with KFH. After paying thousands of pounds in move in moneys, I expected some sort of quality control check from the estate agent. The rental property was disgusting when we got handed the keys - broken beds, broken fridge/ freezer, filthy floors, damp, expired in 2021 smoke alarm and that is barely touching the sides of our complaints. It is shocking that not a single person in the company decided to check a property they represent before handing over the keys. After speaking to multiple people on the matter, KFH should be embarrassed of this situation and I will not be recommending KFH to anyone.

They were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable and proactive, and their advice was always clear, honest and very helpful. What really stood out was how personable they both were. They were approachable, responsive and genuinely seemed to care about getting the best outcome for everyone involved. Anthony May and his team of Shania Nwangoro-Rule and Amy at KFH Tooting have been first class in selling our house. We spoke to a number of agents when considering selling our house. I'd always thought of KFH as a reputable agent for selling in our area and their reviews were excellent. Anthony was the only agent that had done his homework and knew all the individual selling points of our house, which gave us great confidence in KFH Tooting. Anthony suggested a reasonable guide price (within the range we had been thinking of) and their fees were highly competitive.
