GoogleKFH Tooting helped us massively to sell our property recently. During difficult market conditions, Silas and the team provided plenty of reassurance to us, and they were clear and concise with their communications to us. Silas was our main point of contact as was excpetionally helpful in securing our buyer and then keeping them up to date with everything going on during a very stressful time. If I had another property to sell in the area I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Silas to instruct KFH Tooting.

GoogleIt's quite simple: KFH Tooting are exceptionally good estate agents, and I know because I've had the displeasure of interacting with many others over the past 18 months. Silas is an honest, helpful, hardworking man, invested in the welfare of both buyer & seller, and both he and Antony are exemplary of what the profession should be. If you walk around the area, looking at the signs outside houses, you can see that they are dominating the market for local instructions. It's well deserved.

GoogleI wasn’t happy with KFH approach. They’ve used arguments like “we are biggest, we are fastest” when trying to convince me to sell with them... all true but I quickly realised those things are really bad for you as a seller. 1. Being biggest, means KFH own most huge share of listings in Tooting so they dictate how much a flat should cost. 2. Point above coupled with “being fast” means KFH will undervalue your property to get it off their books faster. There is no reason for them to extra £20k. While it will make a lot of difference to you as a seller, it won’t make much difference to them as an agent on commissions. Also, I found KFH fees negotiations bit unpleasant. The branch manager immediately signposted 2.4% for sale, which is ridiculous. After I said I’m walking, immediately dropped down to 1.5%... then down again to a fixed fee of about 1%... looked a bit greedy and “trying luck”. I hope not many people have just taken a first offer. The agents are nice chaps though. Polite and respectful.

In what could have been a very difficult purchase of a flat with each day bringing a new complication Eden provided assistance and reassurance making the process as easy as possible. If you need to purchase or sell a property and want a guarantee that the estate agent will work to ensure that the needs of the buyer and sellers are met so that you are both happy then look no further than Eden. GoogleI've never had a good experience with estate agents, until I met Eden from KFH.But unfortunately after you sign a contract you will have your personal property damaged by mould and they expect you to pay for your own damaged property. Avoid this company! A really nice, honest guy, that talks straight to you, understands your needs, gets results, and does what he says. Thanks so much Eden for all your help in finding our new mouldy home!

GoogleWe sold our house through KFH’s Tooting office during summer 2023. I can say they were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Morgan and Antony were my go to contacts but I also found the rest of the staff very polite and helpful. They arranged viewings to start as soon as our property was launched and were very organised so we always knew when viewings took place, feedback from the viewings was almost immediate. They successfully managed a complicated property chain and we achieved a sale above asking in a difficult property market. I would definitely recommend using the Tooting office!

GoogleNathalie Navasothy is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in estate agency! Everything she has said/done has been wrong from the start. 1.) Breaching data protection, by adding my flat mate into our email conversation which had my banks statements on!!! 2.) Saying the flat was fully furnished, which it wasn't. 3.) Getting the offer wrong on the offer form 4.) The old tenants are moving out on the Friday, so we can move in first thing on Saturday, that was wrong! Tenants are moving out on the Saturday so we have to wait. Being the assistant manager, you think she could provide a better service, I would seriously avoid.

GoogleTerrible experience with KFH - Nathalie Navasothy. Letting procces take too long, all the time we have to wait for emails. After 3 weeks of emails, calls, we finaly sing tenancy agreement. Paid : Deposit, Rent, Fees, Reference. On house what i want to rent was renovation - house extension. 7 days before move in i email about how is going and recived " Everything is ready for your moving in date" 2 days before move in date I recive call "Sorry you cant move in becouse builders not finish property, it take 1-2 months or more! you cant move in!" She dont care to find another property, dont help us or anything. Finaly we have to move out from previous house, we dont have house what we should move in. We had to wait for return my money 5 days and still not recived all money - they charge me for reference!!! Thank You for stressful month and leaving me without place to live! I definitely do not recommend!

GoogleKFH Tooting are the best in the business, specifically Ashley Amartey. Ashley was fantastic. He communicated information to us clearly and helped us with any questions we had. His friendly and warm manner made the daunting task of renting in London so much easier. He would always answer his phone and regularly ring us to update us on our application status. When organising viewings, Ashley was quick and he let us take our time in the property as we viewed the place. No stone was left unturned and we felt secure and confident after our viewing. Overall, a genuinely great letting agent who I couldn’t recommend more highly.

GoogleDuring the process of our property sale, we met with many different representatives from a number of estate agents. Antony May (KFH sales branch director) has been by a distance the most effective and professional estate agent representative we have come across. His involvement (at a number of stages during our sale) immediately correlated with substantial progress on our sale being made, despite a number of logistical challenges that others had been struggling with. He is an excellent communicator and listener, he manages expectations openly and fairly, and he clearly takes pride in doing his job to the highest possible standard. On top of everything else Antony is an absolute gentleman and it has been great pleasure working with him. Overall, we are extremely grateful to have had Antony of KFH on our side throughout the process. There’s no doubt in my mind that it would have much harder and taken much longer without him.

GoogleWe have recently worked with KFH Tooting on both our sale and the purchase of our onward property. From start to finish, the KFH team have been so friendly and supportive, and I would 100% recommend them as estate agents. Antony came to value our property in November, and was very professional and friendly - none of that pushy sales talk! Once we had made the decision to list a few months later in February, Eden worked really hard to successfully negotiate with our vendors and Daniel did a superb job of finding us good quality and reliable buyers. We had a two week window to get a buyer so that it would work out with our desired purchase property, and the whole team pulled together to get us as many viewings as possible, which resulted in our final offer. Everything worked out despite some bumps in the road, and we believe we owe this to KFH; we will definitely be using them again. A huge thank you to the whole team, but especially Daniel, Eden, and Antony for their tireless efforts and approachability throughout.

Patient, diplomatic and ever-helpful, as well as very experienced. I have no doubt the sale wouldn’t have got through without him. His manager, Antony, was equally brilliant whenever Dan wasn’t available. Thank you KFH!
