I’ve had a really positive experience with Ben Golan at KFH while viewing properties. He’s been friendly, responsive and very easy to deal with throughout, always taking the time to answer questions clearly and make the process feel straightforward. Ben has been patient and helpful while I’ve been exploring different options, and he comes across as genuinely knowledgeable without ever being pushy. His communication has been excellent, and that has made a big difference during the property search. I really appreciate all his help so far and would happily recommend Ben to anyone looking for an approachable, professional and supportive estate agent.

My partner and I recently secured a tenancy with the help of Ernest @ KFH St John's Wood. The rental market has been absolutely bonkers lately, so we really appreciated Ernest's prompt and clear communication throughout the process. We also found the level of professionalism to be a step above other agents we interacted with on our flat hunt. Many thanks to Ernest and KFH for helping us find our new home!

Ben was very responsive, professional and personable. What stood out was that he listened more than he spoke. The first viewing was pretty close to what I was looking for, but I know that Ben has a clear idea of what will make the difference & when the right property comes through he’ll be in touch.

Monica went out of her way to help me resolve a difficult rental issue with my house keys, even though it wasn't related to a sale. She is thoughtful, considerate, and actually helped resolve the issue. I recommend working with her.

Ben is the agent you'd want to meet when looking for a home. Attentive and empathetic, he has an almost family-like focus on his clients' needs and a keen intelligence that immediately captures their real needs. Despite his young age, he's highly experienced in both real estate and construction, making him a true expert. Congratulations, Ben.

We want to say a massive thank you to Robert Jermain for his generous help with our search and viewings. He genuinely cared about tenants who often deal with the competitive flat search, and I don't feel this way that much with other agents. Thank you so much, Rob, for helping us! We really enjoyed meeting you.
