GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Sunny Barhey from KFH St John’s Wood, who made my entire purchase seamless and stress-free as could be. This transaction in particular was not the smoothest to say the least but Sunny was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Sunny went above and beyond, keeping me updated and answered all my questions promptly. He is by far one of the best estate agents I have worked with in Central London and I would highly recommend Sunny if you were looking to purchase or sell a property in St John’s Wood.

GoogleI was very happy with the work by Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward St John's Wood regarding the sale of my flat in NW8. It had languished on the market for around 10 months with a different estate agent. Rajan Shah and Monica Nicastro took over the contract and immediately provided helpful advice and organised new professional photographs. The flat went live on their website on 13 February. They conducted a large number of viewings very rapidly and by 20 February a sale had already been agreed. Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward staff remained calm and professional throughout. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them if thinking of selling a property.

GoogleOverall a good experience. Rubel was very understanding and professional from the beginning. The issue was when he went on annual leave and someone else took over the letting process. Unorganised, demanding and sometimes clueless. Kept pressing us about different documents and procedures and we provided them all, after we signed the contracts they 'disappeared' and didn't even answer our emails or send us the inventory which was supposed to arrive 48h after it was made (got it after 10 days after I had to call and check). Rubel thanks again for your help...teach your colleagues how it's done!

GoogleHad the honor of meeting Barnaby from KFH about a month ago now. Was in town with my parents looking for a place close to my new school program, and Barnaby went out of his way to fully show us the apartment building, walk us to the nearby train and past the nearest park, and tell us about the area in preparation for moving here for the first time. He is extremely personable, kind, and professional. Out of all the various places we were shown, Barnaby was the agent that stood out to us the most. He followed up with more potential properties and offered help past his due. Thankful to have been assisted by him.

GoogleBarnaby was extremely helpful when my partner and I were looking for a property to rent in the area. The place we originally wanted to view had already gone, but Barnaby suggested a couple of places that were due to come on to the market soon for viewings. One of the apartments was absolutely perfect, the only reason we didn’t take it was because we had a deal to stay in our current place. Highly recommend this estate agent and suggest you ask for Barnaby if you do, he couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll be back when we’re buying in a couple of years.
