GoogleI was helped by Christopher Hulme and Amanda Larsson Marla during my research for a flat to rent. They were both perfect from the beginning to the end of the procedure. Their experience in their job was clearly visible: everything was straightforward. I did not see any property that did not fill my criteria. They had the answers to all the questions I had. I would even say they were always one step ahead of me, informing me of the responses to these questions I was thinking about but did not even have the time to ask. Furthermore, they were always so friendly and kind, a priceless point considering dealing with a move can be stressful. Best experience I had with an agency, I would highly recommend!

GoogleI had the good fortune of dealing with Ali Mojdeh on my purchase of a flat in NW8. Ali was extremely professional, cordial and helpful in seeing the transaction through. I nearly pulled out of the transaction as my my mortgage application fell through and Ali was completely understanding and supportive. Instead of being disappointed and annoyed at losing the sale from his perspective, he worked on finding me a mortgage broker who was very good and delivered an even more attractive deal than my previous broker. We exchanged on the property yesterday and it has been all made possible by Ali's dedication and willingness to go beyond beyond. Thank you Ali.

GoogleWe contacted KFH online after finding a property listing we were interested in online. Amanda was the agent to help us with the process and she was excellent. She effectively communicated with us and the landlord to finalise on an arrangement and subsequent contract. She was always keen to assist us and the whole process was very smooth and to the point. Would definitely recommend the company and Amanda to anyone looking for a property in the London area.

GoogleHorrible experience! Although the landlord was good, they made the whole renting and post-renting process a pain. It has been almost a month now and my deposit has not been released yet. Avoid!

GoogleMoved to London and had no idea what the market looked like. When I met Chris I was wandering like a lost puppy but he really helped me find a number of great flats in a really tough market. I know leasing agents work for landlords, but it really felt like Chris was in my corner and had my interests and needs in mind. Great experience and I recommend everyone stop in and see what they have on offer!

GoogleThe guys at KFH, especially Chris and Dan, were tremendous when we were in a domestic crisis with our rented flat at the time and needed to find a new place to rent in double quick time. It was less than a 24h span for seeing a place, to getting a rejection, to Chris suggesting a new place, to getting the offer accepted! And Dan helped with getting all paperwork through in less than 24h from then on. GoogleI dealt with a few people at KFH to help find me a tenant for our London flat. Victoria, Dan, Chris, Rachel and Devan were all very lovely and polite to deal with. A tenant was found quickly considering we were in the middle of lockdown which I very much appreciated. There were some surprise fees when it was time to sign the paperwork however Dan was very gracious in sorting things out to a satisfactory conclusion which was refreshing. All in all a positive experience.

GoogleI worked with Annabel Hauswirth to sell my flat. Annabel was professional, proactive and dynamic to ensure that the Sale of my Flat went through. Annabel worked extremely well with both myself and the purchaser to make sure any questions and issues were responded to immediately and resolved effectively. I really enjoyed working with Annabel and she is absolutely great at managing the whole process and making sure that it was as stress free as possible. I recommend KFH and Annabel if you are thinking of selling and buying a flat. Very positive experience in what is a challenging time.

She delivered everything we asked for and understood importance for getting the particular home for us. The timing was absolutely perfect and we managed to complete exactly the day we wanted. Annabel was closely monitoring our case and acting on our behalf whenever was necessary. All process took 6 weeks which was absolutely amazing.
