GoogleMy experience with this branch has been amazing ! I needed an apartment in a very short notice, Dominic Martin has been the best help i can wish for. He was always very patient and friendly to help me sort out my documents, especially due to my difficult visa situation. He was also extra helpful with explaining all the details, give me honest suggestions on apartments. These are the people who are going an extra mile to make me feel home in a different country :)

GoogleThis week I moved from the US and locating and setting up a flat weighed heavily on my mind. After long hours of searching, I narrowed an ideal property and sent an inquiry. Within an hour Valentino contacted me in the U.S. and we started a great conversation. Given that a "sight unseen" deal is risky, Valentino offered to go to the property, send me some pictures, and then we did a real time video walkthrough - what an ideal way to showcase the flat! Upon my arrival to London Valentino set up another tour and helped me through the tenant agreement process with precision and patience, guiding me each step given my unfamiliarity with UK tenancy laws. Within a day the deal was done! I highly recommend Valentino should you find yourself in a similar situation, or just needing a new flat for a change of venue. Terrific experience - highly professional agent!

As a letting agent Valentino has been very tactful and patient . I have been feeling under pressure with finding a place but he has always shown excellent manners and a focused customer approach . GoogleI would like to commend Daniel Murphy manager Lettings in St. John’s Wood, for his brilliant leadership, expertise and dedication to providing service excellence. I highly recommend the Lettings service and have not only let my flat (as a landlord) but have rented my current flat through Daniel and his team. His knowledge and sincerity ensures that everyone has their best interests served. He personally invests his time and promptly responds to any queries and issues which may arise. He has always been available to assist with any issues which have arisen once the tenancy is underway - which is very rare. He has been more efficient than the KFH management team, when dealing with any issues between landlord and tenant and has been successful in ensuring that we all have a good working relationship. His team is a reflection of his work ethos and I would also like to commend Olivier, Valentino and a special thank you to Rachel (Admin) who is a great asset to him, as she is brilliant in her client liaison and in knowing all our needs and ensuring that any queries are dealt with efficiently and speedily. GoogleI had a pleasant experience of property searching in London with Kfh which can otherwise easily be a nightmare. I would particularly like to recommend Omar in the St. John’s Wood branch who was very friendly yet professional in his conduct and helped me secure an apartment within just two viewings. Omar was recommended to me by a friend and I’ll happily recommend Omar and KFH to anyone who’s looking for a stress free experience in rental search.

GoogleI have been using KFH St John's Wood for the past two years. They have helped me find both of my apartments with great success. The first one with Bianca and now with Aashni. Aashni continuously went out of her way to help us sign a lease when we found obstacles, and was extremely responsive and honest whenever I needed to ask a question. I would fully recommend Aashni for anyone looking to rent a property.

GoogleLooking for your perfect flat can become a stressful activity especially if you have to squeeze in the search in your lunch break. Sam Ghadakchi was actually great in arranging 3 viewings in 45 minutes, arriving on time, driving us to the flats and listening to our feedback. We haven't found our flat yet, but Sam is keeping us informed in case something comes up. Thank you for your patience and professionalism!

GoogleTerrible agency. They were in charge of finding new tenants for my fantastic landlord, and all they did was to leave the flat open while I wasn’t there multiple times following visits, breaking windows and leaving them open, and leaving the light on for WEEKS while I was absent. They will refuse to take responsibility and ignore all texts and calls, even after admitting they were at fault. The team is rude and their customer service horrible. Don’t recommend at all. Landlords beware: they took more than 4 months to find a new tenant and they will treat your flats poorly (I’m glad I had cameras and texts to prove everything to my landlord).

GoogleMoved to St John's Wood and while it took a long time - mostly as a result of my sale with a different estate agent - Nina Fisher was astonishingly helpful in ensuring that I didn't lose my purchase, and for getting to the bottom of the hold up. I honestly don't think I would have completed on this move without her help.

GoogleWe recently rented our second apartment through KFH. Olivier Babylone, Assistant Lettings Manager, took us for a viewing which we were not keen on he asked a number of questions to understand our requirements and later that evening took us to view a different apartment which he recommended. We didn't at the time quite realise exactly how great it was but Olivier was such a superb salesman we took it and are so happy we did.

GoogleThe agent helping us was Chris Hulme, he's kind and polite but promised us things that he failed to deliver on. The apartment we moved into was in a horrible condition and once we asked for KFH's support we got ghosted until we were eventually told they aren't going to help us. Also, ignore all the 5 stars. They ask you to leave them the rating before you get the property. I only remembered to edit mine as I was looking through the reviews.
