GoogleDreadful experience,very unprofessional. As soon as I paid the booking fee the agent was too busy to answer my emails or take my calls, I had to go by their office in person to get the details of their account and sign the contract. The agreed works to be done before the move in date were never carried out and then they told me to take it up with their client, the landlord. As useful as the appendix, would only recommend to my enemies.

GoogleDominic by far is one of the nicest estate agents I’ve ever come across in the UK. Extremely friendly, genuine and eventually helped us find a flat that is exactly what we were looking for. Omar on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. Extremely rude and arrogant for some reason. It felt like we were doing him a favour by asking him to show us some properties? Beware if you didnt like the property that he shows you, he would get offended and takes things extremely personally too? It was honestly comical. He also told us a much higher price per week than the asking price listed on their website and Rightmove. It was listed for £460 and he insisted it’s £480 pw. If it wasn’t for Dominic and the extremely nice receptionists I would give this agency 0 stars.

GoogleOur experience with Annabel was great and she was a pleasure to deal with. We are so lucky to have had her managing the sale of our property. She has great communication and people skills, and always gets back to us quickly on any questions or enquiries. We would definitely use her and KFH again in the future.

Dom went above and beyond all expectations, and even showed us some of the surrounding areas to really give us an idea of where we were moving to. GoogleOur agent was Barnaby Watney. He was a great. As soon as we contacted him about needing a place to rent, and explained how we only had a month to move out and he immediately got us a viewing on the same day for a great place exactly how we wanted and at in our budget, which other agents from other real estate firms didn’t do so great. We made an offer. During the whole process he was very communicative and kept us updated on every step. We managed to finish all the paperwork in the span if a week and moved in immediately. He was a huge help and made the process very easy. It was a pleasure working with him!
