GoogleI recently purchased a flat in St John's Wood, and Nina Fisher was exceptionally supportive and professional throughout the whole process. She, on many occasions, went above and beyond chasing documents and ensuring that everything was sorted properly. I would certainly recommend using KFH, especially Nina!

GoogleWe bought our flat recently from KFH in St John's wood. Paul and Annabel were both extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. On our purchase we had some specific requirements and deadlines to meet and KFH have done everything from their side to make sure they were met. We highly recommend this agency and the St John's Wood branch as they are very knowledgeable of the area and market.

GoogleI met a lot of lettings agents during my last three weeks flat search to rent in London. Valentino Georgeiev is one of the best letting agent that I have encountered with. He is extremely helpful, listens and understands the requirements and works toward pointing out the most suitable property. He is dedicated , follows up closely and goes beyond to come up with options. Thanks Valentino, you surely deserve a recognition..

GoogleI have been a happy tenant with KFH St John's Wood for the past 2 years. Their service has been exceptional; everyone on the staff has been professional and quick to address any inquiries. My experience living in a 1-bed flat has been very pleasant, and I highly recommend their services to anyone interested in this beautiful area. Currently, my flat is back on the market, and I have the pleasure of working with Jett. He is a kind and professional agent who is willing to go the extra mile for his customers, providing the best service possible.

GoogleRebecca is the best, sweetest thing, kept in tough throughout my processs, and came back time and again with good properties. Granted we connected beyond just in looking at properties, but I've other mates who'bed used her and said equally kind things. The one thing I would advise is to liaise through the telephone as emails get bogged down and things can be surprisingly fast pace and hectic.

GoogleIf Soroush is as good as our first encounter with him, we are in exceptionally good hands. His approach is refreshing, informed and professional - in a profession which often sadly lets itself down on all these fronts.

GoogleWe were looking to rent in the North West London area and Devan at KFH suggested a flat we'd not even seen online and we loved it! Within 2 weeks we were moved-in. Devan was really helpful throughout the process and Rachel supported us with all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend KFH to help you with your property search.

GoogleAnabel was supportive and consistent throughout the time we had our property on the market. When she secured a buyer she sped the process along making sure that both sets of solicitors did not sit on their laurels. We had our property with multiple agents and I’m very glad that Annabel came through, as she definitely worked the hardest to secure a deal for us.
