GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent while purchasing a flat in MH where they represented the sellers.
We were liaising with Stuart and Shantay.
Throughout the process, their conduct felt heavily biased in favour of the sellers, with little regard for fairness or transparency toward the buyers. Communication was selective, important information was not clearly disclosed at the appropriate time, and responses to reasonable queries were often delayed or avoided.
There was also consistent pressure applied to push the transaction forward, even when legitimate concerns had not yet been properly addressed. Rather than acting as a professional intermediary facilitating a balanced transaction, the approach felt one-sided and transactional.
Buying a property is a significant financial and emotional commitment, and buyers deserve honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
We would advise future buyers to ensure they independently verify all information and proceed with caution.
Overall, we will definitely go for more ethos and respect for the buyers/tenants if we ever decide to sell or rent our place.
