Stuart, Lottie, and the rest of the team were phenomenal, incredibly positive and supportive throughout the whole process of selling our property; communicated brilliantly so we always knew what was happening; and absolutely lovely to deal with. What is undoubtedly a painful and stressful experience was made much easier by the team at KFH and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to others selling their homes. A huge thank you to the entire team and you'll be in very safe and competent hands with KFH MH.

We've had two excellent experiences with the Muswell Hill team in the last five years. Shantay and Stuart were the consummate professionals under the stress that inevitably comes with buying and selling property in the UK. They were also polite and a joy to work with. I highly recommend the team at KFH Muswell Hill. Thanks for getting us across the line!

We had the pleasure of working with Charlotte Smith for our property sale. Lottie was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the process - often a quick daily call to let us know how things were progressing. This was our first time selling/buying in a chain and Lottie helped make that a little less stressful - really appreciate her working with our buy-side agent and all solicitors involved. We highly recommend Lottie and really appreciate her hard work, professionalism and positive attitude. Glad our old property went to a great buyer - thanks Lottie and KFH Muswell Hill!!!

Top estate agent. They say sell with a small agent, buy with a big. I bought with KFH and I would undoubtedly sell with them too. Lottie was polite and friendly but firm and direct when she needed to be. She got the sale her client wanted. I also felt that she advocated for us as buyers. A couple of admin hiccups resulted from not passing on information to the buyer or colleagues in between annual leave. Overall 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience working with Nadia to find out a new home to rent. From the beginning Nadia was very professional and responsive. Nadia took the time to understand my needs and was patient with finding us multiple properties for viewing. Throughout all the process she was very clear and understanding about all the details in terms of renting any information related to bills and maintaining consideration. We’ve had great experience from KFH previously as they helped us find the best options. Giving them 5 stars!! Particularly Nadia she is a STAR!!

Charlotte smith really took her time to get to know exactly what would work for me and my husband. We were super nervous due to being our first ever property. She guided us through the process and answered any question we had promptly. I will be recommending to my friends and family, thankyou !

Lottie Smith has been working incredibly hard to find us the right house to move to. She has never wasted our time when recommending a viewing, then walking us through the accommodation; Lottie’s been very knowledgeable of the properties she’s shown us: its history, the sellers reasons for putting it on the market, and also has a good eye for where improvements could be made.

Shaun was an incredibly proactive and sympathetic agent to have assisting us in our search for a rental in the Harringay area. He always bore our requirements in mind, didn't waste our time showing us places that wouldn't fit our budget, and was on the front foot in calling us whenever new possibilities arose. We really felt he accompanied us, and genuinely wanted to help us, which set him over and above many agents at competing brands. Shaun stood out for being someone we felt we could really trust. He is a credit to the agency and thanks to him we wouldn't hesitate to use his branch of KFH next time.

Nobody ever said that moving house was easy, and so it proved to be. A lot has changed in the 21 years since we last sold our property and KFH was able to recommend a top class solicitor to work with us and together they were able to guide …
