GoogleMy partner and I were first-time renters in London. As international students, we were concerned about our lack of understanding of the London market, which additionally has been critical this year. With very little time, we were suddenly under pressure to get a place. Fortunately, KFH showed us a fantastic flat, and with the insight and perseverance of Charmain Alexander, we were finally able to secure a place. As we had contact with agencies from all over London throughout our flat search, we both agree that the best service we have seen so far has been at KFH. KFH, especially Charmain, is highly responsive and diligent. Therefore, we highly recommend it.

GoogleYou can imagine how hard it is to find a property for letting at the moment, considering demand for rent is through the roof! I’ve had a tough experience trying to find the right place for the past 2 months but luckily I found the right company and person to help me last week. I can’t thank Charmain Alexander from KFH Muswell Hill enough for what she has done to help and honestly I don’t think I would manage to secure a letting of this standard without her assistance in particular.

GoogleCouldn't have wished for a better experience with Danica Macnab. Throughout 2022, you hear so many horror stories from other tenants that are going through the process of finding a new place (with other agencies), but I experienced absolutely nothing but positivity. Danica made it the smoothest possible process, and helped us every step of the way. She's an incredibly friendly, kind and knowledgeable agent. Any time there were questions or items I didn't understand or needed help with, Danica would immediately sort it out and reassure me through the entire process. I cannot recommend Danica Macnab at KFH enough and I will absolutely return to her for my next tenancy should I need to find a new property following this one. Highly recommend you ask her by name if you're calling up. Couldn't have wished for a better lettings agent and I would absolutely give more than 5 stars if I could. Never have I ever had such a fantastic agent who goes above and beyond to help me through what is normally a stressful and time-consuming process.

GoogleKFH for the third time produced amazing results in finding a suitable tenant for my property. Nadia was extremely friendly yet professional and even visited to check if the smoke alarms are in place even that KFH did not manage. Highly recommend to any potential landlord!

GoogleWould recommend Sam for rentals. He really listened to what we wanted in terms of location and specifications. He didn’t bombard us with blanket emails containing properties that weren’t suitable. He was so thorough in checking specific locations we asked for and also called up before rentals hit the market. We mentioned we were going to make an offer on a rental and on his day off, he told the office to expect our call. He really worked hard for us and was just as excited as us regarding great fitting rentals. Thanks so much for your help. If you can get Sam in your search you’re onto a winner. Stephanie also stands out for me. She was focussed, honest, really tired her best to help us get the rental we wanted. She can up with different ideas, strategies. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and through. I would alway trust her advice. Thank you both. Amazing service.

Elysia was sensational throughout despite the pressure of meeting the stamp duty deadline and other hurdles that were put in our way. GoogleI met Denica Macnab for the 1st time on Tuesday 17th august, when my daughter requested a very last minute viewing in Muswell Hill. The property was great but not available in my time frame. Danica said she could show me another lovely flat around the corner that she thought would be perfect for me. Denica went straight back to the agency to collect the keys and was back within a few mins. She showed us the flat which indeed was perfect for me. Denica was personable, warm, friendly and professional, I liked her straight away. Within 48 hours all emails were exchanged, documents signed and all queries and questions answered to everyone's satisfaction. As a result we move in on Monday 23rd. I feel safe in the knowledge that the agency are managing the property and will deal with any future issues with the same professionalism. GoogleI rented a short-let apartment from KFH in Muswell Hill for 4,5 months and have been trying to move in for the past four weeks. When I was due to move in I found the apartment very dirty and the cupboards were still packed with items left by the previous tenant, including shampoo, tools, and papers. After trying to convince me to empty it myself , KFH sent someone to Collect the rubbish but I had to clean everything myself . The second week and second attempt to move in I realised the hot water in the bathroom was not working. Once that was fixed, the electricity in the kitchen tripped . I have now been without heating, a working cooker, fridge, laundry machine, and dishwasher for 15 days . Also the extractor fan and doorbell Is not working . I have reached out to head of Lettings , Stephanie but KFH refuses to cancel or cut the tenancy short . I reached out a second time last Friday that the electric , heating etc wasn’t working and it took until Monday evening for Stephanie and the lettings team to even reply. When I raised my concerns, the manager simply stated that “maintenance issues do occur.” Due to the ongoing issues i have had to Find alternative accommodation for myself and my Daughters. However KFH will not take responsibility, reimburse or cancel the contract In my wildest dreams I would never have imagined this is the standards of KFH lettings

The staff in the Muswell Hill office have been, without exception, consistent in all my dealings with them - combining the right amount of professionalism and friendliness. Elysia Charalambous, in particular, went above and beyond in order to push our house sale through in what have been difficult circumstances throughout the onset of the COVID 19 virus. She was persistent but always polite and would not hesitate to do anything she could to ensure everything went smoothly in our chain.
