GoogleI've just had a wonderfully professional experience in buying a house in the Bounds Green area, with Sunny at KFH Muswell Hill. Open, transparent and honest from start to finish, (which is rare in Estate Agents!) Sunny was extremely kind, truthful and direct about valuations, interest and offers which was highly refreshing. Having moved house 4 times now, this is singlehandedly the best experience I've had with buying a property in North London in terms of the transparency and honesty. 10/10. Highly recommend KFH and in particular, Sunny.

Laurent was always on top of things, kept us updated regularly at all stages, went the extra mile so many times to help us with our hurdles and negotiated everything fairly and honestly. I also had an excellent experience with their financial services team. Kerry Golding answered all of our questions, prepared our application in no time and secured a trouble free mortgage deal for us. We really appreciate the communications with everyone in the team. GoogleWe have just sold our Muswell Hill property through KFH and the service provided was exemplary throughout. We were lucky enough to get two offers and both Elysia and Laurent were fair, honest, transparent and quick to achieve the best offer possible on our property. Laurent then took the negotiation forward from the moment of acceptance and was fantastic in keeping the sale on track throughout the conveyancing process. He regularly called and kept us in the loop of the actions of the buyers / their solicitor and was always contactable with any questions we had. We also had a few twists and turns on exchange day, and again he managed the situation brilliantly to get the sale exchanged. GoogleHave used KFH for the past 15 years to manage, let and service our 3 bedroom house to a variety of tenants all wanting to get their kids in catchment at the local Primary and Secondary schools in the vicinity. The standard of customer care from KFH advertising, sales and letting & Property Management departments has always been top quality and very professional. Full care package for the single-property only-trying-to-pay-the-mortgage type of landlord was/is excellent and a couple of staff members deserve praise for their attention to detail, excellent service and can-do, will-do attitude to solve any problems that come their way on our behalf: 1. Danica Macnab, the Senior Lettings Negotiator at the Muswell Hill Branch is always on the ball and managed to line up plenty of viewings and carry the ball, with great aplomb and professionalism until the new tenants were installed. 2. Tilly Ottaway. In the background and always willing and able to help at the end of an email/ phone call 250 miles away is the Property Manager Tilly Ottaway who works out of KFH House HQ in Wimbledon who's literally been our saviour over the course of many tenants/years and made sure that all works necessary, and sometimes in an emergency, are carried out to a great standard, on time, with the least possible disruption to the tenants and causing us the least amount of worry. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you.

GoogleAlthough it took a year to sell my MH house (a housing market in the doldrums and Covid-19) it was not for lack of effort on the part of Oscar Downey and his colleagues. Oscar was very proactive in encouraging the eventual buyer and he was always very professional, tactful and positive In his dealings with me. GoogleJust sold my place in N10 with Elysia who was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately we had an issue when trying to sell last year and had to withdraw at the last minute. Elysia was very understanding despite the news being incredibly frustrating for us all, so it was a no brainer to go straight back to her when we were able to sell again. I spoke to many agents in my time living in Muswell Hill and Elysia was by far the best to deal with and the most knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy or sell in the area l would strongly recommend speaking with KFH and specifically Elysia. KFH are lucky to have her!

GoogleAs my tenants have finally moved in to my property , six weeks later than the proposed moving in date due to the Corona lockdown, which was not an easy period for anyone. I have to say a big thank you to everyone at KFH, for assisting me with this rental, especially Danica Maynard. She has been by my side with endless emails, telephone calls, activating all my requests, with sheer professionalism, positivity and charm. A very good listener, with the correct response. GoogleVery disappointing experience. We thought customer satisfaction is their highest priority but it isn’t. Two of their letting agents, Nadia and Charmain, mentioned during our viewing and while visiting the branch later that our flat will be painted and professionally cleaned. Neither has happened. The worst is that they no reject that they ever promised that and claimed it was our mistake because we didn’t write it on the requirement list of the offer letter. I also asked Nadia for an introduction to her manager to talk through this. She simply ignored me.

GoogleJames Boal and his team have recently found me tenants and after dealing with a different agent for many years previously it was a positively refreshing experience. James gave an honest figure on the valuation instead of trying to just tell me the highest price to get my business. His team then came over to preview the property and they had an asking price offer within 2 days. Can't rate the team highly enough.

GoogleIt's always a daunting time to be looking for a new place to move and is very stressful. Danica was fantastic at showing me suitable homes that I would appreciate. The slight downside is that I placed a deposit to hold onto a property too soon that I wanted but left no room for negotiating on move in date and repairs needed. I ended up having to pay two council tax bills for two different properties in November. The flat needed repair and Danica did her best to get that all done but sadly I've ended up paying for all blinds being replaced at my own cost :( A very expensive move but a flat I really love.
