GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company.. literally robbed us of our deposit.. everything was completely fine until the Greek land lord found out we was Turkish. Then all sorts of difficulties starting to come from no where. E.g. you can't bring in your own furniture even after we said we would leave them there didn't want to sleep in some next dusty persons bed. Ontop of all of this they are very unprofessional. Absolute liars don't believe a word these guys tell you absolute scam artists.

He answered all of our questions, whether simple or complex, and created solutions for us. We consider Danica to be a real estate agent who best reflects and implements the values his firm represents. Thanks to Danica, thanks to KFH.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe used KFH to sell our property. From the outset they were very prompt at dealing with my many enquiries and guided us through the process. Viewings were done at times convenient to us and the property brochure put together by them was really professional. Our negotiator Katie has been on hand and very approachable throughout, though whenever I've spoken to anyone else there they've been able to assist immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI found Lottie, Lara and the Team to be very attentive and responsive. The house sale was not always smooth but they always kept me informed and did everything they could to resolve any issues, including taking tricky meter readings for us as we lived several hours away from the property. I was very grateful for the care taken by the team that resulted in a house sale that was ultimately successful. I was also grateful to the new manager, Stuart, who ensured that an equitable solution was found when needed. Warm and kind thanks, Natasha

GoogleSelling our flat turned out to be a lengthy and stressful business. But the KFH team were very diligent and nursed it along to a successful conclusion. My great thanks to Matthew and Aisling and particularly Elysia who had to put up with all my anxieties and did it with professionalism and good humour. John

GoogleWe bought a house through Elysia and the team at KFH. It was a fantastic experience. Elysia was very fair and reassuring throughout the entire process. We would not have been able to get this house without her thoughtful and sensible approach.

GoogleMy experience with KFH, specifically Charmain, has been second to none. After missing out on a few properties, Charmain made it her mission to find a place for me and my brother. Only a few days later, she helped us find our new home. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be keeping in touch!

GoogleElysia is an absolute gem. I don't think I have come across an estate agent that's works harder or cared more about the owners and buyers of a property. She was SO professional, communicative and meticulous in her work. We have so appreciated her input as we navigated the purchase of our property. Thank you Elysia and the whole team at Muswell Hill!!

GoogleAfter myself and my partner had had two properties fall through in the space of two weeks, we were really struggling to solve the problem of finally getting a flat. Kam our amazing estate agent even though this was not her responsibility called around and tried to find any property for us that she could. She has been nothing put communicative and transparent with us throughout this whole process. We really appreciated her help and honesty and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the London market.

GoogleI arrived in London on a Wednesday morning, and six hours later, I had found a flat thanks to Reece Wallace - he even managed to negotiate a change of flooring before I visited. Once my offer accepted, everything went very smoothly. Farnaz Bashir always replied quickly to my (many) questions, and thanks to her and Stephanie Antoniou, the administrative side of my move could not have been easier.
